I know they are probably swamped right now, so I’m giving them a pass on the fact that the pizza was only ready 20min after they said it would on our order. There was a chicken BONE in the chicken on my son’s pizza (see pictures). They also charged us extra for more ranch, and didn’t end up giving it to us anyway. Pizza was good otherwise…

They made the pizza order wrong and when my partner called , the person on the phone said “we can’t refund you a whole pizza”. We just wanted them it make it right instead of being rude and it was their mistake. They offered a small discount on the next order but didn’t give us any type of confirmation. Unfortunate when you recommend a place to friends and you end up with a terrible experience.

As much as I like this place I was a little dissapointed today to receive an overdone cheese pizza while I was waiting in the store for like 10 minutes to get my order. Luckily I also got some buffalo wings which were alright. I highly recommend the Hawthorne location it was good when I had it there.

Wow! Had one of the best pizzas I can remember having a couple nights ago. Large thin crust, with green olives, mushrooms and American bacon. Just the right amount of sauce ( which I love). Folks there were courteous and professional. Great job. This is the best pizza around. .
