Ordered pickup for breakfast. The order was half wrong (wrong omelette, wrong toast). The woman at the front counter was adamant the order was for a different person, even though the order was clearly labeled with the correct name and phone number. When I called to share my concern, Stephanie took the call. When I calmly explained that my order was incorrect, that the food being incorrect was directly affecting food allergies and a medical condition, and that I was disappointed that the online order was wrong, she accused me of “yelling ” at her. To clarify, I was in no way raising my voice or rude. I even said that I hooed she could help me. I was stunned at her reaction and perception. When I became very quiet to listen to her, she continued to act as if I was out of line, going on so far as to call me as “honey” several times, ask me “are you still there” and asked me if I “understood” her in a very belittling way. When I told her that I was not yelling, but explaining in a very straightforward way, she told me I was “extremely rude” and that I “need to learn to talk to people. ” She said she would remove the incorrect item from the bill. She then proceeded to use a sugary sweet voice to tell me to have a nice day and she hung up on me! I’m very disappointed with this kind of service, especially as we’ve been customers for years. When I called back and asked to speak to a manager, I was told that no management was in and that Amber would not be in until the next day. The young girl who picked up this call was very kind. I’ve worked in food service in years past and never been where a manager of some kind is not available on site. I now work in Compliance and I would have hoped for kinder treatment and respect as a customer, especially because I was not at all rude or disrespectful to them. Staff seriously need to be trained in customer service if they want to retain customers.

A very healthy (lots of options) menu full of wonderful meals for both breakfast and lunch. First tried their tacos at Taco & Tequila Festival, prompting me to want to try out the full restaurant. Did not disappoint.

We’ve heard good things about Roxie’s so we decided to give it a try. Our server, Geri, was spectacular. Friendly, attentive, and good at her role. She recommended the blueberry with lemon curd pancakes and she was spot on! Delicious. We also tried the corned beef hash omelette. Also fantastic. Stuffed full of ingredients. The reason my review is not five star is because of cold-ish hash browns and the pricing is aggressive for breakfast. I understand that the food market can be tough right now, so these are not things that will deter us from coming back. Recommended 100%!

Such an odd place. Starting with the exterior. This place needs some serious yard maintenance. Just a little TLC but you can tell nothing has been done since before winter. The food was also meh. The server was extremely nice though, so there’s that. Probably wouldn’t come back.

Went on a Thursday morning. The host sat us, 2 servers blatantly ignored us. The server that was supposed to be ours, screamed throughout the restaurant that she didn’t want to have 4-5 booths (two-tops) when this other table came in. We sat for 10 minutes before getting up and leaving. We were never spoken to the entire time while the server proceeded to bus, wipe, and reset a table and looked at us multiple times. As a server, I’m baffled as to why she would 1. Not be able to handle more than 4 tables and 2. That they would be so disrespectful to see us sitting and completely ignore us. I’m sorry but if you can’t handle more than 4 booths, maybe you shouldn’t be serving.

I ordered some coffee came cold. I ordered the corned beef hash with eggs. It was diced up green peppers and onions with what looked like and tasted like last weeks St Patties day corned beef. Yes strips of corned beef. Dried out but greasy at the same time. My guest bowl came out and was so dirty on the outside of it I didn’t even want to tell her. It would have grossed her out. Really bad. Then the waitress only came back once. The table behind us tried flagging her down multiple times. Overall food was not good. Seemed dirty and understaffed. Sorry hate to leave bad reviews but I’ve never had corned beef hash like that. Looked like some cutting corner make a buck off last weeks special stuff.

I ordered French toast made with Texas toast so there was no cinnamon. I still got cinnamon in my food which is not good. I don’t like cinnamon and there’s a lot of people that are allergic to cinnamon. I don’t understand why people think everybody has to have cinnamon in their food. I also asked for strawberries and raspberry drizzle on my French toast. I got 1 or 2 strawberries on it they were white. And a tiny bit of raspberry drizzle. Server did good. Cooks not so much. Also, we waited about 20 minutes maybe 25 minutes and then I had to leave to go to work. I told one of the servers to let my server know to Box up the food to go and I have my husband bring it to me to work. And since I had to do that I couldn’t send the food back so I ended up throwing it away. A complete and total waste of money.
