This was my first time to eat here. I had a great experience. The place is small but fits many. Food was delicious. The building is older but the place is clean with clean restrooms as well. Staff was friendly and efficient. Restaurant was extremely busy but service was excellent everything came out quickly and fresh. I will definitely be back!

Stopped by for breakfast. Ordered steak and eggs. Place was small and busy. Place isn’t the cleanest around. Waited about 20 minutes for my food to arrive. Service was good. Steak was decent as well as the eggs. Hash brown was not good. It was over cooked and hardened. Coffee was average.

Beat up seats, holes in the wall, and minimal branding may deter you from stopping here, but that would be a mistake. The breakfast is delicious. Fluffy biscuits, perfectly cooked hash, and delicious gravy were all a part of my latest breakfast, which did not disappoint. The servers are all delightful and the interior decorations are all meant to give you the feel of eating on a 1950’s diner. You should eat here at least once if you are in San Angelo.

When traveling, I have always made it a point to support the mom and pops businesses. They are always so welcoming and friendly. Roxie’s did not disappoint. After traveling all night from Minnesota to Texas, we stopped in for breakfast 6/13/23 and were greeted by a warm and friendly staff. The food was spot on, and the place is eclectic with the 50’s charm.

I cannot explain how good this place is, is as American as it gets. I wish we have something like it in the Midwest. The food was Phenomenal and the customer service is outstanding. And the flavor omg … folks come and try it.

Roxie’s diner was a hit! The food was hot, tasty and the biscuits didn’t disappoint! The staff were hustling as it was very busy but they were still friendly and kept the coffee cups topped off! Only in Texas can you find strangers talking outside like old friends! Highly recommend if you are in the area!

What a cute, little place. Hometown feel. Great service. Great breakfast. I was staying at the hotel next door and almost didn’t go for breakfast. I’m so glad I did. I work out of town a lot and I never see familiar faces so the hometown feel is so appreciated. Listening to the healthy communication. Respect. Quiet. Peaceful. I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast. Roxie’s will be my goto for breakfast in San Angelo. You’ve gained a regular when I’m in town. Thank you all.
