Just an absolute mess. I keep giving this place a chance because maybe it’ll be better, but after 3 tries, never again. I ordered extra gravy for my hamburger steak and they put it in a BOX. Food was cold, and it always takes so long to wait for your food. Never again.

We love Roxy’s. This location has the best food. I LOVE the swim in here. Closest I’ve found to the ones on Oahu! I order it with spam! So ono! The Korean garlic chicken is excellent too!!

The chicken katsu here is amazing and by itself will garuntee my return even though everything else i got was mid… the chicken teriyaki was dry, the chicken shoyu was dry. So im guessing their non-fried chicken is just dry…. their teriyaki sauce isnt really a sauce as much as a teriyaki water, it’s real thin and has almost no flavor. I ordered their hawaiian chips thinking they were made in house so when i saw them pull them out of the hawaiian bag i was a bit disappointed, but they were the 2nd best thing i ate after the chicken katsu. Their mac salad is good as well. I will have to try their garlic or pineapple chicken or their short ribs because if those are great this rating could easily go up… again chicken katsu was amazing, but it was the lone pleasure of the 3 dishes i have tried.

Placed an order online and arrived 30+mins later. When I arrived they hadn’t started my order yet. They did have it completed in 8-10mims but I didn’t even get an apology. After arriving home and opening the food I noticed the meat portions have gotten way smaller. For spending over $15 a meal that’s very up setting. I also got “steamed veggies” they still feel raw. Extremely disappointed with the food and the service proved. Previous experiences have been great but this was extremely lacking.

Ordered musubi and half kalbi/shoyu inside at location. Oder was ready within 5 minutes, no mususbi and I had 5 pieces of kalbi. My friend ordered garlic chicken, we waited 30 minutes then asked for an ETA on the food..an other 20 minutes they said. hot mess express there, order mix ups and serval people waiting longer than 30 minutes. **Go to Murray Scholls location** never any issues and a plate full of food.

There is no way to cancel an order and no way to communicate with staff. I chose the wrong location when I ordered online, it wasn’t clear which location I was ordering from. When I explained the 40 minute one-way drive to the staff when I arrived, I was told the food was being processed so I still could not cancel and had to wait at the restaurant for the food to be ready. No apology. When I brought up the phone system being set up to go straight to voicemail, the staff member just commented “the system is weird.” My young kids were very hungry by the time I got home, never going back.

Get the pineapple chicken with the fried rice instead of white rice and Mac, and put the pineapple in the fried rice and it is Heaven on earth. Absolute magic! Thank you Roxy’s! I hate to love you. Lol
