Okay food with friendly service. Located in a strip mall and they play reggae to make it a little less cold. Portions are large and I was stuffed after my meal. Overall experience is about three and a half stars.

Just was introduced to Roxy’s Island Grill by my daughter, Carina. We both LOVE the Teriyaki Chicken Platter. The Teriyaki is so delicious. So light, but the flavor is just right. The chicken is Char~broiled and tender and juicy. It comes with two scoops of rice AND a scoop of Mac Salad…again the salad has the lightest sauce, but the flavor is amazing. Not all mayo, but just the right blend of seasonings and a hint of mayo. Delicious. I’ve been back 4 times in the last month. Two thumbs up. Mahalo. I’ll be back next week

I’ve been eating at Roxy’s for years and of late become disenchanted with my favorite dish, pineapple chicken. When I saw we now had a Roxy’s in Sherwood I wondered if it would be any better. Tonight I decided to try Sherwood’s pineapple chicken and I’m so happy I did. It was hands down the best I have ever tasted! In fact, it was so good I called the staff to tell them how delicious it was and to keep up the amazing work. (I have NEVER done that before). I will be bragging about the Sherwood Roxy’s to anyone who will listen!

Disappointed after numerous great experiences at the Tualatin location. The Sherwood location is cold, sterile and a bit garish. It has none of the appeal/vibe of the Tualatin location. The staff goes out of the way to ignore you standing at the register. For reference, I was the only person in line, maybe 5 groups waiting for orders and it took over 15 minutes for my order to be taken.

My order was to go, it took half hour and everyone behind me was serviced-finally after a half hour I asked and she said ‘she didn’t know’. Teach your cashiers to have better customer service and to use gloves when handling food/spoons. While waiting I noticed this disgusting practice. Will not return!

Whoa… definitely not the same place connected to Tualatin? Omg! Deeply fried deep breaded chicken nuggets. Don’t advertise your not Fast food if the company has slipped. Haven’t been to the location in Tualatin in years. I was supposed by its slipping in quality.

I’ve been going to Roxy’s since they first opened in Beaverton near Sunset Bowling alley (now a shopping center), and the second one that opened in Murray and the one in Tualatin when I had to commute to work.
