The food, beverages, and service were exceptional. We were seated as soon as we arrived, which was early for our reservation time. The staff was extremely friendly. Food and drinks came out quickly. I had French onion soup and the rack of lamb. The food had great flavor and was seasoned exceptionally well. I definitely recommend spending extra for quality food and environment instead of waiting in a long line for the buffet. Plan ahead and make a reservation.

The food here is pretty awful, the prime rib was overcooked, the teriyaki salmon I had to send back twice because it was overcooked and tasted super fishy, and not the freshest tasting. The manager did give me a piece of carrot cake on the house for all the trouble, so that was the one redeeming factor, but all in all, I would skip this restaurant, as there are many, much better options in Blackhawk.

We always loved coming to this specific steakhouse for our Anniversary. Last night we were not able to get a reservation but decided to drop in to see if we could get in . The hostess was extremely rude advising without a reservation she couldn’t help us. We asked if we could sit at the bar. She said go ahead. She could of offended it. When you spend 200 for dinner you should be greeted with hospitality and respect. I miss the old Faraday’s.

Lisa was so welcoming, attentive, and helpful. The food came out perfectly – the steak was fantastic, as was the French onion soup. I wouldn’t recommend the calamari.

I made a reservation for my wife and I at 8:30pm. We were there, we didn’t see the hostess until 8:45. She led us to a table that I wasn’t comfortable with and brought it to her attention and even pointed one out, that wasn’t yet cleaned where I would feel more comfortable and wouldn’t mind waiting. No, she said, they have a “party” going on over there. Ironically, within 5 minutes that table was cleaned and she even sat other guests there. Before returning to our table to drop off a bread basket and dump water into our glasses. Not pour, but dump, as she dumped some on the table, and some on the bread basket before walking away. I’ve had more cordial experiences at waffle house and Dennys!
