Joseph the cashier was wonderful. He was polite and helpful. The two behind the food service were abysmal. While not exactly impolite they did not appear to want to work. I asked them in English for the 8 piece and they just looked at me like they did not speak English. when I made my request in Spanish they responded and my mother heard them say “oh, that’s better”. They then took care of us but made me feel as if I were disturbing them. The food was however good and the place was very clean.

Slow service and the food items were placed on racks for people to grab their own. Some would take something and then put it back, touching other food before finally taking one. I realize that’s their set up, however it was VERY unsanitary especially since we’re still dealing with COVID. I would never choose their food station ever again, even if nothing else was open.

The cashier was very unprofessional I spent 15 dollars on a burger fry and drink. When she told me the price I ask a Question she said what. Like I was getting on her nerves by asking a question. She then proceeded to tell me that she wrong up everything individually. So I ask her how long she been working there she told me 7 months then made the comment of I know everything. So I told her she should learn how to talk to the customer. I shouldn’t feel unhappy after I walk away from the register I should be happy by I got my food I really wanted the sandwich but she made my visit unpleasant

I really looked forward to a hot roastbeef sandwich loaded with delicious warm gravy. My mouth was watering just waiting for it. What I got was a plop of over cooked, cool roast beef and NO gravy! Super bland!!!

I called the service woman and she was extremely rude, didn’t answer any of my questions that I asked. I have only gone to this place once, and the food was horrible. I hope that Roy Rogers sees this review and takes what I said into consideration. I would improve everything overall and try to shut down your store so that you don’t crush your heart when your store doesn’t meet the CDC requirements since the air vents have mold and the food is expired. Have a horrible day!

I realize its simply a truck stop version, but on a relatively slow evening I pulled up to find semi stale burgers sitting in the warming areas as well as warmish fries. Pricing seems steep as even a simple bacon cheese burger will run you over 6 bucks.. add to that a fries and I spent almost 12 dollars on staleish fast food from a place abundant with various burgers and chicken spending their last several hours slowly cooling off.
