Not a fan. Order was incorrect and for the amount of money we paid for the food, we definitely expected it to be way better. Drink orders were incorrect and the sodas were super flat. I ordered lemonade and was given a Coke? Really?? The bread was soggy and the sandwich for the sourdough was very small. Not worth it. We will not be ordering from here again. Clearly the staff are too overwhelmed to pay attention to accuracy and detail.

Updated 25 August, 2023. I agree with other reviewers who describe this Roy’s as consistent in service and food quality. They keep their regular, posted hours, all of the equipment always works, the dining area is usually very clean and tidy, and the food is always good. No excessive delays @ the drive through. I wish the Roy’s in Gainesville was as consistent as the South King Street location is.

I was delighted with my first ever visit at Roy Rogers. The layered fluffy egg sandwich was on sourdough bread two times the size of chickfila. The pirate are thinly sliced. Really great.

This is my favorite Roy Rogers. Friendly, fast service, clean… food is always great. The roast beef & chicken tenders are my favorites. The strawberry shortcake is so good, too..! They also have delicious hand made milk shakes.

The place looked closed when we first got there. Service was fine and fast enough. But when we got home to eat, all of the food was cold, practically enedible. You’d think for a fast food place with no other customers in front of us the food would be hot and fresh, but I guess not

I visit this Roy Rogers 3 to 4 times a month. I like the milk shakes because you can watch them being prepared while you are paying at the Drive through. They don’t come from a big dispenser. I used to get the Roast beef and cheese but they are hit or miss. If you happen to come near closing time they rell you they are out of Roast beef??? Out of Roast beef! I had it happen to me several times. Just a heads up. If you do get a Roast beef during normal hours it is almost always 5 stars. Service is good employees polite.
