I loved the quick service. The place looked very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. I liked the Roy’s Fixin’s Bar where you get to pick all the burger toppings and the different kinds of sauces. I would definitely recommend this place.

Always preferred them over McDonald’s. After they were bought by Hardee’s… They went away. Today there are only a few Roy’s here and there. They still have a following too. This location is clean. Well lit and the staff will even bring the food to your table. They have the coke freestyle machine and usually lemonade and or fruit punch. The chicken is usually good but sometimes sits a while. The burgers are the highpoint… Thanks to the “fixings bar.” Note the before and after. They also have Fresh Old Bay for the fries. (That “Cajun Stuff” at 5 Guys is not the same thing.) Ryan likes the Roast Beef Sandwiches.

I got something else on the menu (breakfast sandwich and a water) but I saw this and I just had to point out that 20 pieces of Roy Rogers chicken is enough to feed one person for just over 5 days in terms of calories. Something doesnt add up here. Maybe the “pieces” are just whole chickens…

The ‘roast’ beef sandwich is gross and so is the double cheese burger. After a couple of bites, they were tossed in the trash. I have never been to a Roy Rogers, this is my first time. I didn’t know that ‘fixings’ had to be requested not did anyone offer me anything. Oddly enough, when I ordered my $17 meal, I did specially say “with lettuce, tomato, onions”. Even the fries were old, cold and floppy. The only thing good was the sweet tea.
