I just had the BEST roast beef sandwich! Moist and very flavorful. My fries were hot and tasty too. The place is kind of small, a bit outdated, and could have been cleaner, but this wouldn’t stop me from eating here again. The service was polite and fairly quick. If the teenager behind the register hadn’t mumbled at me, I might have given them a 5 for service… it’s the managers fault for not making sure the dining area was better squared away. Like I said tho, the food was good enough to cancel the minor issues out…

I just learned last year that there are still Roy Rogers locations in Maryland. None of them are nearby, so any visit we make is rare and for a treat. We love the fried chicken, but was disappointed in the quality control at this location. (This was our first time here.) All of the wings we saw still had feathers on them. I get it; it’s chicken. However, fried feathers look unappealing. If I can see it right away, so can the kitchen staff! I brought this to the attention of the manager. She offered me another wing, also with feathers on it!

Went to roy rogers today. Sometimes their food is served hot and fresh, but then they have their off days. Today was definitely an off day. The chicken was fried hard and the wings were unusually large. They looked like Pterodactyl wings. The macaroni and cheese had a reddish brown tint to it, like it was mixed with the same spoon as the baked beans, or barbecue sauce was added either way it was a horrible experience today.

The food is great. The service needs some improvement. I have been going here for about 3 months once a week and I have noticed that there is no rush to greet the customer at the counter. I excuse this behavior because I love the food. There is a 5 guys restaurant across the street that has great food also. I just saying do better.

Best Roy Roger’s I’ve ever been too!!! Possibly my favorite fast food stop ever. The nicest employees and manager. They take real pride and care here. Food is always fresh and hot. I wish I could eat here everyday. This is a must, cant wait to be back.

I ordered online a few weeks ago and was missing items from my order. I just went through the drive thru again this evening and I checked to make sure I had everything before I left. It did include all the items. Unfortunately when I got home, I realized that my double cheeseburger was completely raw on the inside after biting into it.

I had not eaten Roy’s chicken in many years…Cumberland, MD( so very good and clean) changed that…so I thought I would try Roy’s near my home in Gambrills, MD. The chicken was tough and the crust was too hard…i threw the skin away…seems it was overcooked a while ago( maybe an hour or two)…when we told the manager about this, she only offered,”we have to change our oil tomorrow”…what?…will never go back there again…

They never have a food item, no tops for cups, no ketchup, etc. EVERY SINGLE TIME. It’s the only one in the area and the food is decent which is why I still go but whoever is doing inventory needs to be fired.
