Stopped for a quick bite around 8 pm in a rain storm. An employee held the door for us when they saw us running in.

The must have been under staffed or overwhelmed today. They were messing up everyone’s order. Had people waiting over 20 minutes on food. Their orders were still wrong. What was going on with this location???? Never stopping there again. Worst service ever at a Roy Rogers!

Went in to order fries no salt. Refried the fries instead of frying fresh ones. Disgusting way to to serve anything. I know it’s fast food but service like this is giving fast food a bad rap. So done with any fast food except Chick Filet. They are so great.

Have always liked Roy’s but the last couple times the young girl at the drive thru has really messed up my order she sounds like she hates her job and when she takes your order it sounds like she surprised your their or she is just miserable at her job then I order onion rings and she states I thought you said french fries they don’t even sound the same how do you confuse them and they we’re not busy at all I was the only car in the drive thru. If you don’t like your job find another one. Please due better Roy’s I’ve always liked your food

There is NEVER chicken ready at any Roy Rogers location. I arrive expecting to wait at least 20-30 minutes for an order. The Plamondon family should just sell these store to someone who will pay my care and attention to them. Or just shut down altogether.

This is hands down the most poorly run Roy Rogers location I have ever frequented. I have been here 3 or 4 times in the last 2 years, but tonight will be the last time. I kept giving them chances to do better, but it ended up never panning out. Tonight’s experience? I was in a hurry and had to get my son from practice down the street at 8:30, but needed to get him a sandwich first. I rolled the dice and decided to give them one more try. I rolled into the drive through at 8:20 and ordering a chicken sandwich, thinking they had to have that ready to go. Wrong! The person on the other end acted surprised that I ordered food, like I had caught them off guard. “Oh, you want a sandwich? We will, like, have to make that or something. That will take like 6 minutes.” Sighing audibly, I agreed as that would still allow me to get there on time. Unfortunately, that was not the case and I sat in the parking lot until 8:45 before I received the sandwich. I rushed to the practice to find his coach waiting out in the cold with him because I was late, which made me feel truly awful. This location needs to understand that this is a “fast food restaurant”. The basis for this concept is to order food at a speaker, drive up the next window and pay, and then be handed your food, not told to go sit in the parking lot for 25 minutes while they cook it. If I wanted to wait that long I would have gone to a regular restaurant. I was not the only one, as others pulled up next to me to wait with disgusted looks on their faces. To the owner: I see that you respond to the majority of the reviews on here apologizing and asking how you can make things right, and have done this for a long time. This begs the question as to if you really want to make it right. Instead of apologizing for years on end fix the problem already. Best of luck.

Purchased $50 in food. Waited almost 20 minute for chicken, while the rest if the food sat in my car getting cold. Came home and served a burger purchased there to my 7 year old daughter. She complains it doesn’t taste right. I look. Its all but raw. I had to cook the food I just paid for from roys. This is unacceptable and dangerous. Shame on you roy rogers. Ill be reporting to the health department

This review is for the Roy Rogers in Brunswick, Md. I rarely write bad reviews, but when I do… it’s because they’re well deserved. We stopped by this Roy’s in the early afternoon last Tuesday. There was no one in the restaurant, or the drive-thru. So there was absolutely no excuse for the pathetic manner of service, or lack there of, that we received. We stood at the register for almost 2 minutes while waiting to be acknowledged by ANY employee that would grace us with their presence. To be clear, there was no one at the registers and no one at the drive-thru window. They were all in the food prep area chatting and laughing about… whatever, who cares? We then saw one of them step into our line of sight but ignored us as they went to the drive-thru window… even though there was no one ordering “to go.” They then walked back to the kitchen. Again, without so much as a “be right with you.” A few moments after that, 3 employees gathered in front of the french fry machine, also in our direct line of sight, to finish whatever story they were sharing… never once giving us the time of day. My wife and I have never been treated with such disregard at a restaurant, or any place of businesses for that matter. We had already decided that this place was not worth our time and started to leave when one of the workers decided it was time to honor us with their attention. Too late, we had made up our minds to go to the BK down the street.

Visiting post pandemic from out of state. Four stars – it was clean, the food was tasty although one sandwich was dry chewy, chicken strips were swimming in hot sauce with warm mashed potatoes. The help was attentive and pleasant, although nothing terribly noteworthy. Horse racing played on the TV in the back of the otherwise empty dining room – the drive through deemed regularly busy.

Worst Roy’s experience ever. They didnt warn us about a sandwhich that wasn’t going to be ready for 12 min! Then when they went to refund my boyfriends card the manager didn’t know how to refund it back to his card so he had to do cash. He didn’t pay attention to see that it was SWIPE no chip…. very rude service. The woman apologized but it didn’t seem very sincere and the food was cold and fries looked old. I suggest never coming here.
