I’ve never been at a fast food restaurant that qas more welcoming than this! Jim and his staff went above and beyond to ensure that all of the customers had a pleasant experience. All of the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. There was a wide variety of meal options, sides, desserts, and sauces. We will rfinitely be stopping in whenever we’re in the area!

Ordered French toast sticks, and my wife ordered honey male chicken biscuit meal. It took almost 20 minutes to get our food. Once the food arrived, I had to ask for condiments. The French toast sticks for 5 was 4.20, something I think it was expensive for less than a slice of bread. My wife’s honey maple biscuit did not have the honey maple she had to go ask for it. I used to like Roy’s, but service is poor, and that makes not trust the food.

Sandwiches are way too small to be priced like their competitors. Haven’t seen one of these since I was a kid. I know know why. Service gets one star because you gotta check something you know you’re not selling regularly

Jim runs one heck of a restaurant! This is the definition of good food fast, not fast food! It is a clean and well run restaurant, and from the moment you enter the front doors you can tell you are in for a great meal. The food is cooked hot and fresh, the fries are piping hot, and everything on the topping bar is on point. We will certainly be visiting this well run establishment whenever we are in the area. I just wish there was one by me!

We were there at noon and it was packed. Still, our order was hot, delicious, fast and accurate. The staff is very friendly and personable. About the cleanest restaurant we’ve been in! They seemed to clean a table as soon as it was emptied. We saw the manager, Ellery, outside checking the trash bin by the front door. Gladly recommend this Roy Rogers to all!!

I hadn’t tried a Roy Rogers burger in ages. They had the Double Cheeseburger picture at the register and it looked good. After stopping at the “fixins bar” for red and white onions, jalapenos, tomatoes, lettuce, mustard, ketchup, etc. I was surprised at how good it was. It reminded me of the slightly greasy burgers Wendy’s used to sell in the 70’s. Fries are barely OK though. They sell baked potatoes so next time I will try it.

Went through the drive-thru Sunday morning & was asked to pull to the side to wait for my order. No big deal! 15 min later, I decide to go in & wait, along with a few other people who’d been told to pull to the side. NO ONE was inside eating! We all thought they were busy & THAT was the hold up, but NO! FINALLY, 10 minutes later, I got my order & went back to my car. GUESS WHAT?! It was WRONG!!! After almost 30 minutes, they couldn’t even get my order right!!! NOW, I’m only specifying race next b/c I don’t know any of those workers’ names…There was an African-American lady telling the white guy with brown hair, who was cooking, what she needed to fill the orders. The white guy seemed to have an attitude b/c he kept rolling his eyes when she’d tell him. There was also some little white teenage girl who I assume was supposed to be helping the AA lady, but since no food was coming out, she wasn’t really doing anything. ANYWAY, I’m not sure if the lady who was trying to get things accomplished was the manager on duty & just got stuck with worthless staff, but they need to get rid of everybody who was working Sunday morning EXCEPT for her and start over with new staff! The wait during the week is never bad, so I’m not sure what the disconnect is on the weekend!
