Went to this restaurant as a Mother’s Day gift from daughter. Waitress took our order. Once receiving the order, we were never even offered an additional glass of water. Ended up drinking my daughter’s water. We were the only people of color in this restaurant as we watched everyone else treated fairly. Notified management on the way out—was asked if we would like some water then—-Really? Will not be patronizing this particular restaurant again.

Good service. Wonton soup broth not as flavorful as other restaurants but won tons were tasty. My husband had the sesame chicken lunch special and I ordered the Kung Pao Shrimp. Egg rolls were very good. I liked the fried rice; he did not. He liked the chicken while I thought the shrimp sauce was too heavy. Speaking of sauce, the dipping sauce was tasty.

This is the second-best Chinese restaurant in the area (the best, by far, is Formosa.) It has a nice, relaxing interior that has been little updated in over 25 years (which I like, though others may not.) I have ordered several dishes over the years, and while nothing I have had is amazing, nearly everything is very good. Among other things, I have tried cashew chicken, snow pea chicken, lemon chicken, orange chicken, vegetable lo mein, and mu-shu vegetables. The mu-shu was just OK, the lemon or orange chicken (cannot remember which) had a terrible, mystery meat-type chicken, but the rest of the dishes were very good. I think as long as you steer clear of the breaded chicken dishes, you are fine.

Easily accessible location wise, Ambiance was justifying the name, service was good with polite staff. The Vegetable Roll was really good, especially with the Chilli oil(in pic). Had Vegetable fried rice and Tofu with Vegetables for main course. The tofu was a bit tender for my liking…

Haven’t had Chinese food this good in over 20 years. We had vegetable roll, spring roll, lo mein and general Tso’s chicken. Their general Tso’s was actually thick sauced, tender but crisp and spicy. All top notch. When I rate this place 5 stars, know that I travel the country for work and am comparing them to places I’ve eaten across the country. So the flavor expectations are higher at the 5 star level for this review.

Left location actually. Inside was nice. Only 5 customers sitting when arrived. Made me wonder why. Well pricing was high for their food. Menu is limited as well. No mixed drinks served there, SMH. Normally can smell some nice food being cooked, but was hard to tell. Looked at a plate of another customer and well was underwhelmed. Yup found a Panada express instead. Saved $20 eating carryout from Panada. Am sure just as good food too. Especially since no mix drink
