I’ve been eating at this place for a number of years now both pre-covid and post covid one of my absolute favorite places in town!! I feel comfortable saying with absolute confidence, the food is not only delicious it is consistent. This business is owned by a wonderful family if you look closely at one of my pictures you can see that they tape the to-go soups (as to avoid catastrophe during travel) it’s this attention to detail and genuine care that keeps me coming back along with the good food of course.

It’s frustrating, because there are so many times I’ve wanted to go here to eat and they’re closed. I finally got the chance tonight, and it was pretty good. Not too many Thai options in the desert but at least they put tomatoes in my pad woon sen, which other places have neglected. Wouldn’t recommend this as a place to dine-in, you should just get take-out.

Excellent Thai classics! My favorite is the Tom Kha soup–not kidding when I say it’s the best I’ve had across the country. Super rich and flavorful so you can tell they aren’t cutting corners here. I also love the Drunken Noodles and the Pad Thai also does not disappoint. They also always have my to-go order ready super quick. I think because they are kind of underrated here in town so it doesn’t get super busy. We are lucky to have them here in Joshua Tree and I hope they stay open for a long time to come.

Always and constantly delicious, even though one wouldn’t imagine from the exterior. One gets pleasantly surprised by the authentic dishes from Thailand.

The employees are nice although they seemed really stressed out. One thing that was really off-putting was the use of cheap paper and foam plates for not just take out but for in-house dining. Not only is that extremly wasteful but it’s just plain tacky. When you go to a sit down Thai Restaurant eating on disposable dinnerware is the last thing you expect. It made the food less appealing and look sloppy. Paper and foam plates should never be used in a sit down restaurant establishment. Ever. Just my opinion. I hope this was only temporary especially the use of foam plates. Being we are a National Park community it’s inevitable that they will find their way into nature where it will be consumed by animals and likely never decompose. Slightly disappointing. Other than that and long wait times due the food was decent.

I came hear with my daughter whom visits this place frequently. She knew what to order and it was good. This time we went by ourselves and we ordered something that wasn’t good and it was very spicy and the hostess-waitress was very unfriendly and cruel. She said there was a 10 minutes wait, as you can see by the pictures, we were there first customers. This place opens at 11:00 and were there way after 11:00 am. I will never come back.

My wife and I have eaten at a large number of Thai food restaurants and this is by far the best we have had! We ordered the Special Spicy Beef and Drunken Noodle. The meat was very flavorful and tender and the vegetables were extremely fresh. The soft, relaxing music was also welcomed compared to a lot of other places we have been lately playing “today’s” music. Look past exterior appearance, the foam plates and, plastic utensils and give it a try, you definitely won’t regret it!

Everything we ordered was great and the service was friendly. The Pad Thai and Penang Curry were especially good. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area and craving take-out.
