I ordered 4 platters which came to a little over $80 which is kinda pricy for 4 small platters. Each entree was supposed to include 2 sides but they charge $2 extra for the sides. Its false advertisement when they charge extra for sides. You have to wait outside for your order like we’re still on quarantine. You can’t even check your order for accuracy by the way it’s packaged. The food is good but Probably won’t be ordering from there no more.

I frequently order from Royal’s Restaurant they have a very Wide variety of menu choices which you can choose from with garenteed freshness. My favorite is the fried whiting they never disappoint it’s very tasty every time, I highly recommend Royal’s for your next lunch or dinner choice the staff at Royal’s are very pleasant and professional.

The food is good depending on what you order, but why are they not allowing people inside. I understand Covid but it’s been 2yrs. I would like to be able to see inside the restaurant. They come to the door to take your order or you can call and order and they will hand your order to you at the door. What’s up with them not allowing customers to come into the restaurant. You can go into a store or restaurant in Philly and order food so why is Royal’s not letting people in. like I said the food is good depending on what you order. There was a time they would let you inside to order and wait for your food and they would bring it out they would open it to let you see if it is to your liking now you just get your food wrapped up and handed to you at the door. if it’s not what you ordered or doesn’t look right you have to go to you home or car to open up your food then walk or drive back to complain. It’s ridiculous.

We placed our order over the phone, the woman who answered was extremely patient and kind. It was a large order: the jerk chicken platter was more than I could eat, so I’ll have some leftovers for tomorrow . My bro order the salmon and he enjoyed it thoroughly. Also don’t forget about the tea it delicioso! Overall the experience was great, the price is set perfectly and the food is excellent. If you are looking for a Jamaican spot check this one out.

I don’t have any real complaints about the food based on past experience. However, the customer service is terrible. I called three times to place a catering order. Each time I got passed off to someone else or told to call back. I’m good. I can take my money to the competition.

Wow! Delicious, efficient, and best bang for your buck in this area. Royals is one of those hidden gems that you definitely need to try! My favorite is the BBQ Chicken with mac&cheese + potato salad. Highly recommend, you won’t regret it!!!
