This business is a short order cafe at best…DO NOT use for catering services in any fashion. We spent over 7k with them for catering I could’ve done on my own. We booked them a year in advance for our family reunion. Nothing on their website matched the food or presentation quality that was actually delivered or what was promised contractually. My family and elders were served bricks in the form of chicken tenders. No one serving could say whether the meatballs were beef or pork. When brought to management attention all we got was “Oh, sorry about that”. We had to buy pizzas for the kids afterwards because they were still hungry. The next day for lunch we were served cold hot dogs, flavorless, dry mac and cheese and runny baked beans. I should’ve known better when I saw the Free lunch styrofoam trays (pic below) we were served on extremely unprofessional!!! Anyone with a “catering business” shouldn’t even have something like this in their inventory. Then our banquet night we were given plastic cutlery not the cute fancy kind from SAMs the individually plastic wrap to go style to eat lasagna with. They just sat bottles of condiments on the table to self serve. EVERY corner that could be cut they cut it with no remorse or recourse for such poor quality from management. Their attitude was oh well, this is what we have. No attempts to make right. Then setup a cash bar every day to get even more money from my family but we werent allowed to bring in our own alcohol. BEWARE!!

Had the lunch. Salmon with rice and collard greens. The salmon was cooked well and seasoned well, not overdone. The collard greens were off the chain. They were tasty and seasoned perfectly. I could have made my whole meal with the collards.

I ordered the salmon dinner. It comes with 2 sides, I asked for rice and gravy with a salad. I got salmon with mashed potatoes and mac-n-cheese. After waiting 15 minutes for them to catch, clean and cook my (daily special) I decided to eat what I got.

Probably the worst thing I have eaten while on Fort Benning. Played an 18-hole at the golf course and conveniently located just outside the office, a table full of Roz’s Cafe items. I shouldn’t have purchased anything considering all items were housed in military mermites. Red flag! I bought a hamburger fpr my child. The meat “patties” were essentially burnt chips. How terrible! The chicken sandwich patties were getting close to being the same dried rock hard “beef patties.” Needless to say, I asked for a refund. I will say that the crew working were very understanding and didn’t fight me when I showed them the items. Live and learn.
