Not exactly sure who auntie is but it took me a week to do this review to make sure I give auntie her full props!!! Auntie did her big one. So firstly I tend to pay more attention to how a problem is solved them getting stuck on it. Whoever auntie is has impeccable customer service, when I get on here and an establishment is arguing with the customer about how they feel it besides being completely inappropriate….it comes of disgusting and catty and now even with great food I want no parts. She did not get in here and try to discredit my account nor try to assume I wanted anything free, got straight to the meat and fixed it no questions asked. That is exactly how a boss moves, not to mention when I went back in Sunday it was a completely different environment!!! I could tell who worked there and I was greated, which is a biggie these days. It was peaceful and the cashier was polite and attentive and did not make me give her a DNA sample to believe and handle the problem with out making me feel like my money is a hook up lbvs. Big ups auntie you definitely did your thang anddddddddddd the food was Poppin …………… Y’all need to send someone to AZ thy don’t have a wing bosss just saying…….

Humble Beginnings (Mr Nobody)
I love this place. Food never misses! Auntie is amazing, ALWAYS greets my family and I everytime we come. Drinks are strong. I was there yesterday sucking the sauce off my fingers. I’ll be there next week doing the same. Sweet Mustard flavor is the best.

I was disappointed in the freshness of the wings. Ordered 20 traditional and came out 4 min later. They were reheated so not fresh. However everything else was fantastic. The spicy garlic sauce and the parmesan garlic fries were very good. The waitress was very pleasant and treated me great. Had the wings been cooked fresh….5 star all day long! The atmosphere wasnt the cleanest, but that didnt bother me at all. Good food is all i care about. The best food comes from what I call “Hole in the wall” places. I WILL be back!

Really was excited to try this place after seeing 4.8 reviews unfortunately was very disappointed after my experience. The atmosphere wasn’t what I thought it would be felt like I got rushed on, “ what do you want to eat? “ rather than, “ Hi how are you ? “ food was, “mid” deep fried chicken is something I can make at home expecting something to be grilled after seeing, “ Bar & Grill “ don’t think 1 single thing on the menu is. The sauce was amazing and the fries were exceptional. Won’t be back unless I’m getting there sauce to go and put on my own fried chicken or a to go mid tequila slushy that I was able to take home.

First and foremost, shout-out to R&R and Johnai who was very helpful & had exceptional customer service! As a first time customer, we ordered 20 Boneless Wings & 20 Traditional Wings which came with fries; the boneless wings do not come with fries. We spent about $57 for everything and unfortunately, the food was not worth the price. Also, be sure to count your wings if you order more than 15 and make sure you have the sauces that you asked for before you leave as they forgot to give us 2 wings initially and also forgot to give me ranch but they made up for it by giving us 3 more.

The staff were so freakin nice. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted with a pleasant term of endearment….”Hey, Baby you ordering in or picking up a take out.” I felt the staff were my aunties. This place feels like home. The wings and fries were easily a 10/10. Gone head R&R!!!!!!

Our company had R&R deliver some wings. Auntie got us set up for serving and helped mark the different flavors. Wings are not always the best over delivery because they get cold, but there were no leftovers! Try the chicken tenders and the owner’s favorite sauce on the wings. Auntie recommended the breaded wings so we’ll have to try those next time.

The environment of this restaurant was warm and welcoming. Ashley, Auntie, Nya, and Naomi were amazing and provided the best and efficient service. The food was very fulfilling and the best place to fulfill your cravings! Definitely coming back again!!!
