I hate leaving bad reviews, especially since this place used to be good. We ordered the special Sesame Chicken. Broccoli was limp and tasteless. All the chicken was so awful; very, very fatty and gristly, like they used the chicken scraps. And I mean ALL the chicken, even my friend was commenting on it. Deep frying does not get rid of fat and gristle. Egg rolls were blah. I also cannot eat shrimp and all the specials come with shrimp fried rice. It does NOT state that online. The paper menu (which I did not have) does state shrimp fried rice. Had to pick it all out. I was so disappointed because I used to go here years ago and boasted to my friend about how good they were. Won’t be going back and I threw out the menu I picked up from there.

Every time we order our food is perfect. I have never had a bad dish from them. Highly recommend Happy Kow, General Tso’s, chicken with green beans, and their chicken fried rice. On top of the good food they also deliver in what feels like 5min tops!!! Please give Ruan’s your first time business and i guarantee you will be back for more.
