Great outside seating with a quiet atmosphere. Orders did take a while and although a bit pricey, the food was pretty well made and delicious.

Only 1 person taking orders, delivering prepared food to tables, answering the phone, AND bagging take out.

Service was good and restaurant was very clean. The food was just ok. Didn’t taste particularly fresh and it was warm- not hot. You can find a lot better burrito.

Love the small plates. My favorite is the quinoa bowl with shrimp, truly tasty and filling! The rest of the family has their own favorite and we always love going back! Everything on the menu is worth trying!

Online orderers BEWARE! We have had multiple issues with online ordering and the service during pickup is the absolute worst!! When ordering anytime online there is usually always a pickup line to avoid the regular line, especially in L.A. (that’s why we order ahead) and when the business advertises a “Skip the line by ordering online” service, well….I think when I get in the store, to pickup my order, I shouldn’t be ignored by multiple employees before getting my hot-and-ready, in-the-bag, behind-their-counter, order. Especially, when I’m standing in the line designated “Ordered ahead? Pick up here”. I asked the male employee if they knew they had a pick up sign for orders placed ahead of time and he replied “Yes, but that’s for orders placed that are to-go.” “So an online order, that has been placed ahead of time, has to be waited for in line?” I asked. He and a female employee seemed to have a small disagreement before saying “yes”. I asked for the managers name and then was QUICKLY offered by the employees to speak to the manager, I stated “No I don’t have time Now, I’ve already waited 10 minutes for an order that I placed a ahead of time to avoid time wasting, which is exactly why people order online.” This is the second time I was ignored before being given my ready-to-go order. The first time I stood there while two female employees walked back and forth from counter to floor ignoring me until one asked…”Did you need some help?” Which I replied with “Why yes! I do need some help. I need to pick up my order.” To the owners and managers of this business I understand establishments get busy but a customer should never be ignored, it simply takes a moment to acknowledge, assist and if necessary redirect someone. Two, if online orders ARE NOT to be picked up at the “Ordered ahead” counter and only orders ordered IN THE STORE as to-go orders may be retrieved there then please edit and update the sign and change any online service that says “Skip the line” when my payment is taken at your checkout. WE Are Rethinking ordering here again because of this…see what simple courteous service does, keeps or loses people.

I recently went to one of Rubio’s competitors and was very disappointed, so I was pleased to discover that my Classic Fish Taco was exactly as tasty as I remember! And you can have your seafood with a beer! I hope they never change their sauce, because it’s perfect.

I’ve always seen Rubios around but never wanted to try their food, so I decided why not? I ordered the coastal trio which were 3 tacos. One was their classic fish taco, a shrimp taco, and a blackened mahi mahi taco. The tacos were pretty good! I paired them with the salsas at the salsa bar according to salsa description and it made them taste even better! I’m looking forward to trying new items but I would definitely order the coastal trio again!

This place is a must for any visitor. This is the the taco version of In-N-Out Burger to burgers. This is the first place we stop whenever we return to Los Angeles or Southern California area. Of course they’re known for their basic fish tacos but it certain times they are you also get bonuses like a lobster burrito. No matter what time of year it’s going to be a big hit. This is a chain that’s normally located in a small strip mall. Parking is normally not an issue

I love coming here as it is quick and it fills me up. I usually get the small street tacos and have also had their fish, shrimp burritos. I would recommend this place if you want a good bite to eat.

I really love this fast food restaurant but all I wanted was a breakfast burrito around 9:30 a.m. and it took a while but it was good.
