Unfortunately my second experience was terrible. For the record, my first was great. This time we ordered delivery. I wasn’t that hungry so I got a side of Shrimp and cauliflower rice. I didn’t expect much with the rice but didn’t expect it to taste like an old shoe either, and cold. Cold cold, not just delivery cold. This wasn’t warm when it left the store. Same story for the shrimp. Both were VERY small portions so getting them cold sucked. Also pretty expensive for the tiny portions. Also, my wife is gluten sensitive and ordered corn tortillas for her tacos. They sent flour. BIG fail there

I love rubios and will continue to come back. This location has been hit and miss with the ingredients, like we got some langostino tacos that had like 4 langostino nuggets in it. Last year I came to this same place and got the same thing, with at least ten langostino nuggets in each taco. Either way, where else even has langostino tacos? Not to mention the delicious street corn shrimp tacos, and all the other magic they have.

I love Rubios, especially the one I used to visit in San Jose, CA, at The Plant, great service,, exceptional food, perfect every time. But this location in Santa Clarita has failed me the last 2 times and again today, see pic of the Mango Mahi Taco served to me. They had 4 orders and quoted a 45-min wait. Someone needs to fix this place, I can’t go back until they do.

I have only eaten here a few times, it has always been very good. The staff here are awesome and very nice. What I do not like is the portion sizes.. I paid $10 for a California bowl with shrimp and it came with such little amount of food. I only had 7 pieces of shrimp in it… The photo looked like a big amount on top. I just feel like I didn’t get what I paid for… Baja fresh and Chipotle give a fair amount of meat on top for the price. It tasted good, I just think I was cut short.

My favorite shrimp burrito is served here. Salsas are delicious too. They have a lunch special until 2pm and I always miss it. Chips on the side are a small portion, wish it came with fries or a different side dish. Pricey for the portion size but delicious.

Taco Tuesdays at Rubios is by far the best tasting option for some bomb battered fish tacos!

I went to the rubios in santa Clarita last week with my 2 kids, in total it was 60 dollars and a 15 minute wait. The food was terrible, the rice was soggy and bland, the tortillas cold and stale. The meat wasn’t that good and tasted completely unseasoned. The plates and the decoration looked nothing like the pictures and looked miserable, they even messed up the lettuce, I had expected more from here and I am disappointed
