For some reason the sample was decent but when I ordered an actual plate of the mango chicken, it was very bland and soggy. Also tried the orange chicken and new Thai BBQ chicken and both were pretty bad. Fried rice and noodles are maybe a 2 out of 5. The worst was the “made to order” pad thai–flavorless and slimy and the chicken was super rubbery with a whole lot of fat and cartilage. Employees are very pushy too. Will absolutely not eat here again.

Used to be my favorite place in the mall, but they definitely changed their food. The mango chicken used to be coated in mango sauce, now it’s plain and they dump the sauce over everything. Looks like they did this so they could use the breaded chicken for mango & bang bang chicken, cutting corners to save money. Fried rice has become flavorless and sticky. Sauces don’t even taste right. Not likely to ever come back & I used to go here a lot. Shame.

Walking by and was offered a sample by a female employee, some kind of chicken. It tasted good and I was about to order some when she offered me another sample of something else….then a male employee came up with a bad attitude saying only one sample…Ok walked down to Charley’s. I will never even consider eating there, and will never touch a sample again. That guys attitude was completely uncalled for!

Listen everyone!! LISTEN CAREFULLY! Do not go here I got extremely sick from this place. I did not eat anything beside that and yogurt (which wasn’t expired nor foul smelling.) Nearly was hospitalized because I was loosing more water then I could drink. They don’t have much customers and they’re CHEAP therefore they RATHER OFFER ME SO MUCH OLD FOOD INSTEAD OF MAKING NEW FRESH FOOD. There was two workers eager to give me double meat etc… I was suspicious because the veggies looked like they were very old and soggy. Turns out they didn’t want to waste food ( even if it could get someone hospitalized). I’ve warned you. I would hate for my painful food poisoning experience to happen to anyone else.

I dont know if it was just the day we went, or if its not been doing so hot since i have last been here, but its not as good as i remembered. It was ok at best. The chicken was soggy like if it really sat in a fridge overnight and was reheated and the occasional piece was tough (Ordered the mango chicken which i normally loved). At least the Lo Mein turned out pretty good with the sauce as well. The South Park mall one turns out way better, way more often. Probably won’t order at this one sadly..

It looks like a small family owns this restaurant. They are so kind, the customer service is great. The food is also very good! Whenever I shop at malls I try every Asian place in the food court. This is definitely one of my favorite ones—the mango chicken and teriyaki chicken are delicious. This is definitely a place to try if youre in the mall. They serve more than just a line of precooked foods, too. Fresh Thai dishes. Will have to try those sometime too!

This place is my first time visiting ok lets talk about the food mango chicken was ok..and the rice not so good and than we got the tall white kinda young man we a strange attitude (his is a employee there) saying loud enough that anyone could heard how he hate his life and people just because the lady in front of us was not fast enough asking what was double meat and asking for a tray not that she was to polite either ok what is happening in this world I always a huge believer that if you can’t handle working around alot of public dealing with customer that shouldn’t be the best job for anyone, specially if you need one please don”t get a job where your need to deal with innocent people that only go to grab something to eat and keep it moving..and this is why I’m giving a 4 stars to this place..
