Should have gone to panda express across the walkway. The counter person dumped leftovers that was being sold to a previous customer back in the steam table food tray. Tables are dirty, seats are ripped a part. Food after all is somewhat acceptable. Would not be my choice next time visiting The mall.

The food is good, but customer service is poor!!!! They literally turned down giving me warm water for my baby bottle because they wanted 25 cents. I had a credit or debit card, no cash. They would not run my card or give me water leaving my 7 month old crying and me searching somewhere else to find water. Keep in mind I had bought a meal and drink before my baby began crying for a bottle. Thankfully, the mexican restaurant next door was willing to help this mother with no warm bottle water out. 🙂

Better and cheaper than Panda. There is a great deal more variety of different types of Asian food, from noodle soup to regular Asian dishes. The chef will prepare most any food item you want. Food is fresh and served hot. The portions are huge.

Avoid this place like the plague. I order egg rolls and they were under cooked. How is that even possible? Broccoli & Beef were missing the vegetables. If I could give no stars, I would.

Today as we sat in the food court, one of the employees was biting her nails and then proceeded to serve food in to go boxes. Very unsanitary. When the employee was told this was occurring they acted like nothing was wrong and proceed to be rude.

Love their coconut shrimp, jalapeño basil chicken. It’s not authentic but it’s better then panda express or any Tai food place in Modesto. I love real Tai food but this is just as good as it gets here. If I want real Tai food I will go to Sacramento.

Ruby Thai Kitchen produces great tasting Thai fast food. I finally took the time to ask the difference between Bam Bam Chicken and Jalapeño Chicken. The Jalapeño Chicken is a little more spicier, so, IMO, better. After ordering, I sat down to a nice dinner and a little people watching.
