Our server was slow which was crazy since there were barely any customers in there. The food was bland and we actually didn’t even finish it, we gave it to the dog when we got home. This was my first and last time here. I was so unimpressed all the way around the board. The best part was this cheese and sauce dip, everything else kind of sucked, especially that typhoon shrimp or whatever its called.

Give 4 for the service and the dessert the salad bar is not a big deal as they said (some of the veggies look old) but overall 4 start the service was fast and the staff was really kind

Fresh and delicious salad bar and endless soups that were about average. it was pouring down raining and we were freezing in mid-afternoon. This was the closest food to the hotel we were staying in. We dashed inside. I think there may have been two other tables at the time. Service was pleasant using that fine balance of not too much attention but not too little although leaning a little towards the two little side. We were amazed that the salad bar despite this being a low point in the day was completely stocked, extremely fresh and quite delicious. We ordered the salad bar and endless soup. Wild over the salads not quite as excited about the soups. Soups were fine just nothing out of the ordinary. Very nice place. Worth a stop

We came around 4 PM on a Thursday. Wasn’t busy at all, almost nobody inside. We were a party of 8 but everything still came out great. The service was amazing, our waiter Travis was the best. We were treated like family. The table was clean and the food was amazing.

Our waitress was very friendly and consistently apologized regarding the wait, stating that they were very short on staff. However, we went about 15-20 minutes before drinks were delivered and waited way longer for our food. I can understand a wait if it was busy, but it was practically empty. I had chicken for dinner, and it was good, but some of my colleagues ordered steak and it wasnt cooked the way the ordered. Thank goodness for the salad bar. For a simple meal, we were there for almost 2 hours. Definitely dont recommend if you’re in any sort of hurry.

The food was actually really good. But we’ve been here twice in the service is very lacking. Long wait for food, had to ask for silverware, had to go to the bar for refills on drinks and butter, waitresses bracelet waitresses bracelet Dragged In My Water while she was putting stuff down on the table, broken soap dispenser in the bathroom, and now I’m currently waiting the waitress to come back so we can ask for a box and the check after sitting for quite a while.

Extremely poor service from manager. Went this evening around 8:30 and was told there was a ten minute wait for 2 (didn’t understand because there were at least 6 empty tables). Waited at the bar for 15 minutes then asked the manager why there was such a wait when there were so many empty tables. He responded with a snarky attitude about the crowd that left thirty minutes ago. After a brief unpleasant exchange he guaranteed a table in less than 2 minutes. After an additonal 10 minutes we finally found chairs at the bar. We asked for food menus to browse through as we waited and about 5 minutes later saw the manager put his coat on behind the bar and walk out. Never saw a table. Bartender was great. Better find better managers or new customers.
