Ordered a double smash burger and when it came out you couldn’t see the burgers so took too bun off and found 2 burnt little burgers. Also ordered a BLT and bacon was so greasy could only eat half of it. Fries and tots were cold. Waitress got the manager because she was very upset about it. Manager looked at it and didn’t see anything wrong with it but said he’d take it off our bill. After that he never came back but waitress did and said not to worry about bill. Salad bar not too bad. Waitress should be manager and manager should be dishwasher. Will never go back.

Visited about 8:00 Monday evening after an 11-12 hour travel day. Everyone was very welcoming and smiling, even though it was late for dinner. We sat at the bar and received great service, even chatting with the manager about wine. Food was good and just what we ordered, done perfectly. Believe our bartender was Amanda, she went above and beyond, going out of her way to find the right hot sauce for the tacos. If we weren’t so far from home, we would definitely be back!

Usually getting food here is good, at least at my local location, me and my family were out of town and decided to stop here for dinner, we were seated and then sat for almost 30 minutes, the whole time not a single server had come to our booth for anything, they had gone to every table accept ours and one other, the other had been there longer than us, it was relatively irritating considering usually by being there for half an hour you have drinks already and food on its way soon, good chain, this particular location wasn’t that great

So we’re heading back from a Jersey trip. Chose Ruby Tuesday here as we all pretty much know what to expect. Food was tasty enough but the service was excellent! Pretty decent atmosphere that one would expect. Food was quick enough to allow one to enjoy an adult beverage before hand. Our team liked the salad bar and the destructed kabobs looked to taste damn good. Personally I had a veggie burger that was ok. But Mandy made the visit fun so I’d say stop just to see her!

First of all, I had the same problem once before but thought I would give them a chance again never again now when in me and my wife, she got the chicken and fries I got the cheeseburger and fries we got mozzarella sticks, and a large order of onion rings my hamburger or cheeseburger I took one bite out of it was supposed to be well-done. It was not it was still raw in the middle and that’s the problem we had the last time we were here but I give it a chance she got the chicken and fries the fries on both of them hers and eyes were soggy , they were not hot. The onion rings are soggy and they weren’t hot. The only thing good about the whole meal was the mozzarella sticks in her chicken sticks tenders I left the burger there took one bite out of it did not even finish it. The meal cost me $66 that’s with a $10 tip .

My chicken sandwich was really good but ya get more fries at a fast food restaurant than I did with my order. Paid 15.00 for my husband’s bacon cheeseburger but it was the size of yep again a fast food burger. Definitely not $15 worth.

Went out for Vday…I was glad we came here bcause its close to home and I didnt really want to go anywhere. Staff was great…missy our waitress was very hospitable. I think they over booked crew for the holiday, i was surprised to see how quick food came out..
