This place was too lit. We were visiting from out of state and were originally going to go for something fancier, but the life happened so we ended up at Ruby Tuesday. It was our first time at the restaurant too. The food was very good. We enjoyed it. Our sever Austin was probably the best server we’ve ever come across. He was very patient, gentle, well spoken and extremely helpful as he provided us with top tier service the whole night, gave us a lot of recommendations of what to do in a state as flat as Delaware, and he somehow kept up with us all through with our questions and shenanigans. Overall great service and Austin deserves a raise. The gang appreciates Austin!!!!

Really impressive ribeye fajitas, especially coming from Texas. Pickled jalapeños was a surprising and delicious touch. Always some kind incentive to come in, and I always enjoy my meal. The staff is friendly, fun, and quick. Ruby Tuesday is one of my favorite spots for lunch in the area. Join their rewards program and you’ll be rewarded for dining frequently!

It took an hour for our food to come out to us when there was around 10 people in the restaurant. The burger and chicken sandwich were both burnt and not hot by the time we got them. The fries weren’t crispy as though they had been sitting under a heat lamp. The broccoli cheddar soup was not soup, it was cheese covered broccoli. The bathrooms are disgusting and most of the time I saw servers just standing around that could have possibly been cleaning it. The service from our waiter was great though. He was very pleasant and brought us out drinks when we needed refills. I do not recommend going here at all. Go to Burger King (which is right next to it) instead.

Service was awful. When asked about how our meal was, we responded with “Ok” and they just kept walking. We waited for our check for about 20 minutes. The folks at Burger King next door looked much happier with their life decisions. I would’ve really enjoyed pickles for my burger as well. I like pickles. The 6 tater tots that were given as a side to the burger should’ve been advertised as “4 day aged tater tots”. They looked like something out of a petrified forest. Given the choice, I’d rather eat gas station sushi then to ever be waited on by Jacky again. If there was an option for negative stars, I would have selected that.

Our server Jose was new. Very shy but got our order right which was a PLUS. He took order but never came back to us after drinks were served. His trainer was VERY nice and personable (much appreciated) There was only one other table in the resturant and our food came to our table less than warm. My grilled chicken breast was smaller than the bun and lettuce was not edible (brown edges) been here several times and normally happy with the food but not so much tonight. Drinks on point and conversation with trainer I guess balances it out ?? Wish my grilled chicken was bigger and most of all wish my tator tots were hot!

Food was good, and the server was nice. We got the Crispy Chicken Sandwich (which was a little dry), Salad Bar (this was awesome and the first time it was up and running since COVID started) and Cheeseburger Sliders (delicious burgers with fries). We also got the Peach Tea, which was great. Ruby Tuesday has the best salad bars and teas…highly recommended
