My sister and I went to the Ruby Tuesday in Goldsboro, NC and we ordered a ribeye and a strip steak. They were not cooked as ordered (med well and med rare). They both were of an inferior quality. They were both so tough they could not be cut without difficulty. The salad bar had a high sign above it claiming 52 items. There may have been 15. How sad. This was not the fault of our waitress. She tried to make it right for us. The manager took half off of our bill. But, I still left the waitress a tip based on the original total.

My hubby and I eat here occasionally. They go out of their way to accommodate us. We are vegan and require our food prepared a little differently. They are always happy to serve and it is generally a pleasant experience. Of all the local places this is the most Vegan friendly place in Goldsboro.

I love this place, i think its the salad bar. The actual food is alright. More times than not however there has been issues with either my or my sisters food. The managers are quick to fix the issue if there is one. The wait for drink refills is hit or miss. The food normally comes out in a timely manner though. I usually go here for the salad bar, so if you love a top notch salad bar this is a place for you.

food was great, salad bar wonderful, my fish was great too. But the service in the Goldsboro, NC restaurant is lousy. The server was polite friendly but never around. The other servers were not out on the floor very much either. Took for ever to get water refill, took a long time to get our dinner then a long time for the desert. We finished and wanted to pay and go but could not because she just was not there to take care of it.

It was not the best for us on this visit. Wife was not pleased with her meal. The area of sitting that we chose to dine in was not friendly acceptable by the hostess. Many mistakes were made in doing the order of food as requested. No whip and sour cream on the white potatoe, green beans left off on her order, so it was just a mess this time. The place is really a great place to eat when they are alert and pays attention to the customer.

Came in late at night had a new server that obviously doesn’t have personality. Tipped the hostess 5 bucks instead of the server, waited 10 minutes for drinks then 20 more minutes for an appetizer. Asked for sweet tea and got unseeet Steak was requested medium got it well done, burger was decent. Manager was slightly helpful but I’ve worked in food and he could’ve done more and been more apologetic. Overall not impressed.

Everything was great, clean, great food and wonderful staff. I showed up very close to closing and was welcomed like I was the first customer of the day. I came for the salad bar and it was fresh and well stocked. The staff was friendly and attentive. I travel a lot and this was a welcome dinner.

The food is decent but the low rating is on account of the terrible service. From what I can tell they have very few waiters and a lot of managers walking around. Not sure about the cook staff. The first time we went the waitress was clueless and kept forgetting everything we asked for and the salad bar was poorly stocked at 530 pm dinner time!!! The next time it took 20 minutes for a drink order and about 45 minutes for food. I ordered an appetizer that ended up coming out with my food. Then they were running a special and said they had so many people using the coupon the system crashed and I had to wait extra time to pay with my card when I tried to leave. I love ruby Tuesday but this customer service nightmare is not worth the headache!!!! I will be going somewhere other than there for my food!!!!

Good food, very expensive, the salad bar today needed attention-dried out & looked old. The cook altered my order putting spicy sauce on the pork chop which was not described on the menu. The price alone will keep us from going back. The booth seat was all ripped & scratched up & the finish work off the table. Really needs updating & repairs. Not sure how they stay open.
