So very disappointed! We live within 25-30 miles of the Milledgeville GA Ruby Tuesday. We haven’t been in a few months but decided to grab lunch. Wow! Were shocked and very disappointed!!! While the menu prices had skyrocketed, the quality of the food had plummeted. The condition and cleanliness of the restaurant has declined as well. We waited several minutes to even be greeted, much less be seated. We were ignored by two of the wait staff as they chatted, while we were fully in sight. Third waitress finally appeared after we had been there at least ten minutes, with only 9 other customers in the entire restaurant. Then the menu …then the food (very small portions and microwaved entrees with bland tastes). I wish I had taken my phone into the restroom so I could post pictures of the filth. I was so surprised because this has not always been the case at this restaurant. Floors were sticky, toilets looked greasy, mirror had not been cleaned in forever, toilets looked dirty, bad smell (no surprises there!!) and corners were full of dust and debris. Toilet tissue dispensers were empty in two of the three stalls. Soap dispenser was nonfunctional.

I had such a great time barstooling at Ruby Tuesday!! I came here to relieve stress and this definitely did the trick. The bartender Mackenzie did an amazing job at keeping our glasses full and was having conversations with us while also keeping track of her other costumers. Also, both managers made us feel at home and treated us like family! I will definitely be returning soon!

This location will always be my favorite! The GM is the absolute best at her job!! The food is delicious, and the new cashier, Brittany is amazing!! She is so sweet and so attentive!! I would suggest this location to anyone who is hungry, and wants good service!!

We had a long day exploring the area, it was raining and cold. They welcomed us with a good meal, started with appetizers. The Shrimp Fondue was delectable! The Spicy Shrimp and Moz sticks didn’t disappoint either. Our server was attentive to our needs and brought our orders in quickly. Only giving 4 stars because the Shrimp Scampi didn’t meet our teenager’s expectations. Not Italian enough

My bartender, Kara, was amazing. She suggested drinks we loved, made them quick, and they were perfect. However, the manager came up and interrupted my friend and I having a conversation to tell us to leave a review. She didn’t ask, she told us to pull out phones out and watched over our shoulders at our phones as she told us to leave a 5 star review on 2 different sites. This was wildly inappropriate, awkward, and uncomfortable. Probably won’t be returning until this manager is gone.

The place needs a deep cleaning. Salad bar is usually a hot mess. Don’t bother ordering online, might as well order when you get there. It’s not ready at the time you schedule. Sad, used to be a nice place to eat. Food is ok otherwise.

Excellent service! We eat here several times a month and have never had a bad visit. Friendly staff, great waiters and waitresses, and the food is always amazing! The manager Cameron is superb! She holds her staff to such high standards and trys so hard to fix an issues! One of my favorite restaurants in Milledgeville!
