Michelle always provides great service. I frequent here on break. Tucked away in front of Holiday Inn Express in Windsor Commons Shopping Center. Healthy choices with Salad bar and frequent specials. Today Kimberly also provided great service.

We had a very nice Father’s Day dinner here with the whole family. Even though short -staffed, I was impressed with our hardworking server, Kenny. He worked nonstop keeping all of my grandchildren happy with refills, while he acted as bartender and waited on other tables. The manager, Kelsey, was busy everywhere… including cooking in the kitchen. Thank you for dinner!

Went for the Hamburger special and happy hour. Kimberly our server was the BEST! What a great worker.. the atmosphere was very nice, and we enjoyed the food and dining experience. We will be back for the salad bar special with hamburger next week and ask for Kim, of course.

Good burger only because it was on special, good spinach dip, but really just a heat and serve…. The drink was great BUT beware, if you ask for the ‘Large’ on happy Hour ( $6 + $1 extra) , they charge a full double charge of $6…. So what should have been $14, I was charged $24… Didnt complain on site, due to the fact they were under staffed and the service was GREAT…..however, it was disappointing enough to write this review. I am aware for next time! I will be back due to service and decent food

This place gets all 5s because they got rid of that dreadful woman Michelle. Ruby Tuesday corporate and management should be happy they did the right thing. No former employee should rate a 1/5 just because they’re mad they got fired, and no one should walk into a business and get belittled or disrespected. Kudos to Ruby Tuesday. Will be back soon enough!

We have been here three times after swim class since it is nearby. The past two times, the hostess has been rude. We come in with our 1 year old and she treats it like it is this horrible situation and constantly tells us that she has no idea where to put us because of the baby. This last time, I asked for a high chair and she said she would get one. After waiting for a while, one of us got up to search for one. Our waiter was very friendly and fast, and the food is always good. But the hostess has put us off from coming back.

I just want to give credit where credit is due. After a bad experience with poor service, because the food has always been great. I’m glad I gave them a second chance. Our server Kim was EXTRAORDINARILY REMARKABLE! We always had what we wanted and needed at all times and never felt rushed out the door. SHE WAS GREAT AND WE WILL BE GOING BACK! Spoke to her manager who was also very polite while she was making rounds engaging with guest. We let her know that she has a stellar employee.

Dined in at this location two times on Saturday and Michelle was my server both times. Her service was “okay” at best but due to the fact of her being older, I felt bad and tipped her 20% the first time and 25% the second time. Called in to place a to go order and Michelle answered the phone. I wanted to add the salad bar and was told that she wouldn’t have it prepared because a lot of people change their mind and don’t want the salad bar when they arrive?! Arrived at the restaurant and salad bar to go boxes were not ready, she threw the boxes on the table and said : “Here you go, we don’t fix the salad for you!”. She then brings me the card reader without providing me an itemized bill and I wanted to pay cash. She wasn’t composed and in my opinion looked like a chicken with her head cut off running around. Service should be the same regardless of dine in or to go orders. Ruby Tuesday lost a customer due to Michelle.

It was raining, so there weren’t many people in there. I don’t remember the waitress name, but this lady must be lonely or whatever the case. Not only was she hitting on my husband but we had 5 children at the table and my bestie who was a vegetarian. My husband food was brought out first. She kept refilling his drink, barely wanted or did fill anyone else’s. The ribs I had were burnt with barbecue sauce just thrown on. It was just a mess. Never returning.
