Seems to have come down a notch. Service has been and still is excellent and friendly. margaritas now seem very watered down. The server returned it and I got refunded. Four of us came in at 2 pm. The place was nearly empty. We ordered. Then we waited MORE THAN AN HOUR, all while watching 2 other tables come in the restaurant, be seated, order, their entrees arrived, they talked and paid and left… all while we were waiting for our entrees.

We just left Ruby Tuesdays on Alcoa Hwy. The food was horrible and we waited over a hour to get said food and there was less than 5 parties in the restaurant. To start it took forever to get the appetizer and the mozzarella sticks was BURNT!! The then my ribs was burnt and barely Luke warm as was my fries. My husband got chicken Mac and cheese and it had a disgusting taste that he is still trying to get out of his mouth. He said it’s like they washed the noodles in dishwater. And before anyone says maybe that’s how they should b WRONG!!!! We eat at the one on Chapman hwy WEEKLY.. so much so they know our order without having to say it. We was just n Maryville and passing This one so figured we would go here instead. BAD IDEA!!! That was a coupon and $40 WASTED!!!!!
