Only have this place one star because I couldn’t give it zero. The food was deplorable and left much to be desired. They cook like they’ve given up. I would not let my dog eat here let alone anyone else. The noodles were overcooked and soggy. The burger was dry and overcooked. The best thing was the background music and water. The waiter was terrible and slow. This was my first and last time here, should of went to McDonald’s

I ordered a $40 feast for 4 and I got like a plate and a half worth of pasta. The menu says flatbread but instead I got these fake cheddar bay biscuits that taste like soft Cheez-Its. There was no one there when we got there, and it took 10 minutes before anyone showed up to help us. There were only like 20 people there,so it wasn’t packed or extremely busy. I ordered over the phone and the girl was definently not listening to me. I honestly should have just made the drive out to Novi.

The food was excellent. That’s what gets 5 stars. Until my wife complained to the Manager that we were sitting there for @20 minutes without any waitstaff coming to our table. The Manager was great. He took our order and our friends. The men got an upgraded beer for the happy hour price. Once again my wife spoke up at how long it took for every course so we were given free desserts, one for us and one for our friends. Like I said the food was excellent and the Manager Zach was awesome. He made the evening more enjoyable.

Service sucked. I was seated sat 20 minutes literally 20 minutes no one came to take my drink order never even seen my server. Saw at least 5 or 6 employees just lingering around not even paying attention to me. Must say never seen customer service so bad. I got up and walked out. all the hostess said was have a good night. Like WTF seriously just wasted 20 minutes of my time. Never will return here again. Wish I could give a negative star rating. Sad part even the manager walked past several times.

My family and I feel like we received piss poor service at this location. They didn’t appear to be that busy. It did not take us long to order food for 3 people. Simple dishes! It took 45 minutes for us to get our food. I had to flag the waitress to inquire. She looked like she had an attitude because I asked. She should have come to us and apologized for the delay without me asking. The tables and seats were not cleaned well. The floor was the pits. Bathroom floor was sticky. NO MORE! Not for us. The waitress kept my mama’s change. She should have returned the change and if my mama wanted to tip her, then she would have. I’m feeling some kind of way.

They are super slow from the hostess to the waiter to the cook. Salad bar is a mess they don’t have ham, eggs, tomatoes, cheese, or croutons up there, its messy all the salad dressings was empty. One thing I can saw is the lettuce is fresh. I ordered the chicken broccoli pasta and that was good. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location and crazy part is its never that busy in this location

The temperature of the salad bar was too cold. The carrots were frozen together in big icy clumps and the lettuce was frozen. I ordered a burger medium rare and it was raw and cold in the middle. My mom ordered her burger medium well and the waitress said it would still be pink on the middle. So she ordered it “well done, but not burnt”. It came out burnt and dry. And cold. The tiny amount of frys were also cold.They remade them for us and they were perfect. The waitress was very apologetic and gave us half off the bill. Service started off great. She knew we were in a hurry, but took forever to bring the bill, forgot to bring the box, and took even longer to bring our change. We were very nice about the situation and were going to leave a good tip, but she was too slow at the end.

It was a combination of fantastic and sub par which always make for a harder review. The waitress was amazing and super quick with everything! The salad bar was a huge hit in the family with all the items and it was all so fresh. The grilled chicken my son got with his kids meals was super flavorful and moist which was surprising = ) The down side is the steak I got and the chicken dish my husband got had no flavor at all. The steak topping was good but the inside was not cooked right and waited a while so did not want to send back. The chicken had no flavor and was really dry. Overall we would go back just try different things that of course included the salad bar.
