My mother in law and I wanted to eat here on 4-10-15. Stood at the podium waiting to be seated and the the waitresses and bartender couldn’t be even bothered to look up at us even though we stood their for about 10 minutes. Well not be going back and I’ll be telling all my friends that this wait staff sucks.

Avoid this place horribly over priced, Ordered chicken tenders side of zucchini. Tenders were small, almost stopped by brugerking to compare the size of there chicken nuggets, very similar is size. The fries that it came with were soggy. Zucchini was about 1.5 oz portion they charge $3.50. I returned it, manager agreed it looked light didn’t offer to fix it. Just took it off the check and took it to the back. Don’t waste your time or money.

I’ll make this short. They didn’t make my drink right. The Sprite didn’t have enough syrup in it. Had to stand at the salad bar for 10 mins. waiting on items. Most everything they served us tasted like they just poured sugar on it. Nothing there was edible. Will never go back there again.

This place has the worst service I have ever experienced, and not only one occasion. I keep saying I won’t go back but the wife and kids like the dinner rolls but every time we get our food someone has to send it back. If you like waiting and not being waited on it’s a great spot.

Went to Ruby in Cottage Grove, MN July 2016 Saturday suppertime for their salmon apecifically. They were out of salmon. Got skewered shrimp instead. They were okay. Wanted a side of green beans, but they were out of those too. Ordered the salad bar. Went to get salad and several items in the salad bar were empty so had to ask to have salad bar restocked. We had 11 people in our party. Three ordered bacon cheeseburgers, 1 with no condiments, 1 with onion rings instead of fries, and another on a gluten-free bun. When they arrive the server didn’t know if one bun was GF, none had onion rings, and all had condiments. So the server had to make another one on a GF bun and another with onion rings. So 2 people sat and watched the rest of us eat. Service seemed very unorganized at this Ruby. Two members of our party mentitled they had been to the sAmerican Ruby a monto priot aND they were oUT of srock of sever all itemp then also.. The food generally was good but that Ruby seems to need better management.
