Polite and friendly employees, but that is where it stopped for me personally. I ordered the Philly cheese sandwich and it left much to be desired. The tots had a good taste and texture but overall, I left hungry and unsatisfied. I thought they were a bit spendy for what you get. The waitress was accommodating to me having three children with me, and I appreciate that. They did, however, have you use the credit card reader right at the table while they stand there waiting while you figure out the tip, which I find uncomfortable in general. I wouldn’t go back.

If you like Applebee’s or chili’s, you my friend will love Ruby Tuesday. The food isn’t great but it also isn’t that bad. What really sets them apart is the endless garden bar. It’s endless… it has a great offering of lettuce type, toppings, and cold salads (i.e. potato salad) all at a great price.

Nothing but rushed by the wait staff, it was difficult for me to enjoy my tough and burnt ribs, I could barely chew that nastiness. The only good thing about Ruby Tuesday is the salad bar, even then I wonder. Bleck… I doubt I’ll be back.

To start off with I called in a reservation friday afternoon for Saturday, when we got there the hostess flat out told us there was no reservations…Although the waiter was really nice he messed up on my moms order. She asked for a grilled chicken sandwich and got chicken strips . Also I ordered my son a bday cake and the waiter asked what kinda free sundae did he want and I said chocolate like 3 times but when it came out it was strawberry. I mean we paid and tipped well and my moms food should have been free. Nothing was comped nothing was done for all the mistakes! Very disappointed and dissatisfied

The staff member I had was decent, she stayed up on my needs…. But the kitchen/food needs some serious improvement. I ordered a medium done Ribeye and I got an over cooked one, buried in garlic butter…. If they are trying to out do a Maverick’s style steak, then they need to kick Paula Dean out of the kitchen. The broccoli is what should have had the garlic butter… definitely not the best RT ive been to…. And for a small town they really should do better. Rip my ribeye. The mashed potatoes were good enough, just seemed not the freshest just due to the color…?

Service and food was okay. I ordered the hickory BBQ chicken hoagie. The chicken was chopped like it was chewed and spit out. Just really weird, unappealing texture and presentation. I alsohad the traditional ruby Rita which was delcious and refreshinf and deserves a star, other than that, not excited to come back to Ruby Tuesdays!

As a travel nurse from Florida, I often find myself reluctantly ordering fish or seafood outside of my home state because people tend to cook the hell out of fish. However, I was craving some and decided to give the Hickory Bourbon Salmon a try. I also ordered a Ruby Relaxer (which I had never had), a salad (because you can not pass up their Garden Bar), and broccoli. The salad from the bar is always good…fresh ingredients and a great variety. My salmon was cooked to perfection…it was done, but not overly. The sweet, yet spice flavor of the sauce on the salmon complimented the fish well. The broccoli was not soggy as found in many places and was very good. The drink was interesting if you like sweet mixed drinks. I found out later that the cook was Jamal. Jamal needs a raise because he nailed this meal and if he does it with all the foods he prepares, then kudos to him. My server, Shane, was polite and efficient. I walked away impressed that I had found perfectly cooked fish in South Dakota. Great job! I definitely will be a repeat customer during my assignment in this area.
