Ribs were tender and delicious, but the “chicken strips” were the same size as a mcnugget and burnt, shrimp was good and juicy. Ribs needed more sauce tho and the hostess needs to pay attention when someone talks to her for a change. Had to repeatedly tell her we wanted a booth and needed a highchair and then she asked a fourth time so I just sat myself.

I will never eat here again the food sucked my burger was burnt my nephew never got his fries the chicken strips were more like chicken nuggets got a mojito that was so strong you can barely drink it and on top of that paying $65 that’s bull. And a half a cookie is not dessert

Sadly today I’m ending my 20 years of eating at Ruby Tuesday because of the manager Christopher Vaughn today I got told I couldn’t give my wife my entree food that I was paying for just because I added it on too my salad bar for $3 more. Keep in mind I’m Not saying that I wanted her to eat from the salad bar for free I’m talking about food that was non-replenishable.we we’re originally told it wasn’t a problem but it’s company policy. I’m you’re customer the reason you are here I’m a veteran who fought for freedom and was not free to give my hamburger to my wife. Then Chris has to be rude And tell me he doesn’t care if we ever come back or if he loses my business well guess what after 20 years of eating at Ruby Tuesday’s it’s over with just wonder how much money I spent 20 years eating there

Great food. Something for everyone even if on weight watchers,etc. The salad bar is always fresh and stocked. Since I’ve had their sirloins other restaurants don’t compare. Also best croutons too. Have had a few really great servers here. Am a rewards.member and always good coupons and love the few special deals they have here yearly. I never went in here much now it’s a regular place.of choice.

We met here for a birthday. The waitress was really nice. She let us do a one time salad bar at no extra cost instead of just the little salad with the meal. As far as salads go, the salad bar was exceptional. Food was excellent. Service was excellent. Handicap parking and entrance. Can see it from Pearce Blvd.

They give you biscuits. I know I care about whether a place gives you biscuits. 😉 Other than that we ordered mozzarella sticks for an appetizer. The sticks were so good that I have decided to order them as a meal. Small wait on Saturday though, around 6pm which is the times the chart above says. Back to my sticks, the sticks were as amazing as they were for the appetizer! Quite filling even though it doesn’t look like much. Service was excellent. Overall I enjoyed my meal. Not the best not the worst. Everyone else in my party enjoyed their meal too. -Tredoubur recommended restaurant.

Brought the family here for dinner because the Garden Bar is amazing! Had the Worst experience ever!!!! Every salad dressing container on the bar was empty! Bought 2 steaks and a burger… 1 steak was like leather and 1 was rare (supposed to be medium well) The burger was absolutely raw!! Waitress disappeared after she brought us out food and we advised her of our disappointment after she resurfaced 25 minutes later. Manager then came over and offered us free dessert… Needless to say we have a lot of uneaten food that we had to pay for and we will not be returning to this location!

Hostess was on her game, seating us, clearing tables and getting us drinks. Waitress had to be told twice that she had a table. So it was 10 minutes before we got to order. My Cajun Chicken Sandwich fell apart and was soggy. Even the waitress felt bad & stated that it should not look like that. She took it off my bill without me asking. This was 3:30pm, only maybe 6-7 tables seated in the whole restaurant. No excuses. Saw the manager only once the entire meal. We were in there for over an hour. Should have taken maybe 30 minutes tops.
