These four stars totally belong to the service team. Our visit included some awesome service and I couldn’t praise them more. The food is okay, about what can be expected from a chain restaurant. The spicy crispy chicken was a bit gristly and the buffalo sauce was much overdone, like the cooks got excited that someone ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. The building is pretty antiquated with 1970ish style and missing ceiling tiles, I presume from water leaks. All in all, the service is what made this visit pleasant.

Had to minus 3 stars for the hostess’ inability to prioritize. She chose to finish writing up her board before seating us. Also for the cold “hot” food that we were served. I’ve received freshly cooked, hot fries and onions rings, and a warm burger at drive thrus! Lastly, although our server/waitress was pleasant, it took her a while to get our food AND bill to us.

This location has been closed for months. Don’t waste your time going there. I keep telling Google that it’s closed and they keep rejecting the edit. A number of the recent reviews are for other locations, not for the one in Kapolei which is closed.

Ruby Tuesdays, you know them,good food, great salad bar, nice atmosphere. It’s a chain, so you get chain food. BUT it’s very good chain food that’s stood the test of time. I liked it back in the 80s, and i still like it. Remember that old winter hat you’ve had since 6th grade? You still use it because you still love it, and it works for you because it has always worked for you. Yeah, that is Ruby Tuesdays. They serve a good product consistently, and that’s alright in my eyes. Oh yeah, the price is pretty good too.
