This place is awesome, never had a bad meal. We live in Panama City Fl but I grew up here in Abbeville. I always get about 3 to-go containers of her potato salad. That stuff is addictive. All of the people here are so nice. Ruby told me once that I needed to try her BBQ and said to call her when I was coming up from Panama City and she would just put some aside for me. How awesome is that! It is very very rare that you find places like this these days. The food and the atmosphere is one thing, but the people are what make it. You can tell a lot of love goes into what makes Ruby’s work. Everyone there is family, and they all treat you like family.

This is my cousins restaurant. It’s beautiful and there is delicious southern cuisine . It’s very clean everyone is so friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed it here. We loved rubys peach cobbler was soo delicious every thing was so good. Can’t wait to visit again.

When traveling through just stopped in since it had good reviews. It was great! Had some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever eaten, hush puppies, cabbage and collards, cheese grits and peach cobbler! The best meal I had on our trip! They had a buffet and the other choices looked good too!
