It’s not a dinner but more of a takeout counter in the casino food court. If you were thinking you were coming for the classic diner experience you’ll be disappointed. Add on the prices are on par with what you’d pay in an airport and the burgers are only cooked well done it’s just not worth eating here

My burger, fries, drink and chicken tenders were $27 but add $10 for fees and tip for delivery thru Caviar. The fries were cold, floppy, and soft. Disgusting. I guess the burger was fine as my kid didn’t complain. I paid $12+ for 4 kid style chicken tenders, which were breaded processed meat. The price for a pound of fresh/raw skinless tenders at a grocery store is $5-7. Why am I paying $12 for freezer section tenders? They loaded the bag with ketchup, salt n pepper because they knew when they sent that food out that it was subpar. I’ll look elsewhere the next time I need a quick, easy meal in Atl. City.

Everytime I come to AC, I make sure to go to Ruby’s for their corned beef hash! I also tried their wings for the first time and it was really good. They were super crispy and honestly didn’t need any sauce in it. Only thing Ruby lacks is service. They usually only have one cashier and sometimes there’s no one even standing in front of the register. The food also takes a very long time to come out and workers work in a slow pace. If they worked on the service a bit more, it’ll be a better experience.

first and second days the service was fine . hamburger and fries we’re ok. The third time we went , it didn’t go well. it was a different cashier with unpleasant attitude. Felt disappointed especially when trying to support a business. will not return there

Horrible service yesterday. Karla was busy eating and texting on her phone . She didn’t want to be bothered by paying customers. Trying to place an order was difficult because nobody spoke fluent English. Salad was good . Several people walked away because nobody was out front .

29.00 and got no steak terrible. When I asked they said that is what they give but can charge me for more, really! I asked for manager and lady went back to register and acted like I never asked. I asked her name and won’t provide and she drank her drink rude

I was impressed by the quality of the Awesome Egg Sandwich but the home fries could’ve been cooked a little darker and had more seasoning. My brother-in-law has the Belgian waffle and he said it was good but nothing out of the ordinary. The diner does have a neat soda shop vibe to it.

Good small diner with great food. I’ve tried the burger and corn beef hash along with fries and they all tasted good. My only issue is that the food can be pricey and the wait for food can be a bit long but if you’re in no hurry and want some decent tasting diner food, Ruby’s is a good place.
