Went here on Memorial day morning. Was a little surprised this restaurant was still here as the attached mall is closed for renovations. This Ruby’s is facing the Nordstrom Rack and the medical offices of the nearby hospital. On this visit, I enjoyed the 2 egg breakfast which came with spuds (potatoes) and choice of toast. Fast and friendly service.

This ruby’s is amazing. Everytime they treat me like im at home. They Always get my order perfect and its just very comforting. The server who has been very consistent and always like a top with everyone, and always puts the customer 1st as I have noticed since I come in 4 times a week i see everything,…IS server JOSE GONZALEZ JR. Our waiter Rigoberto hands down amazing. He actually listened to what I ordered. I hate when you ask for something they don’t listen. I asked for a water with no lemon. Something as small as that is usually overlooked looked and I have to toss it. He brought it without the lemon. I asked for light spread and I usually have to do it myself. I forgot to ask for extra bbq sauce and a side of ranch. He’s psychic cause he brought it. He followed up, I hate when you shove food into your mouth and they walk up and ask the question. I always been happy eating Ruby’s but today I was very disappointed I understand that it was a busy day because it was a fundraiser day but my chicken tenders were very overcooked and dry everyone else dish at my table fine, but it was very hard to flag down our waiter to be able to get a new dish and be synced up with my party
