Been here a few times. I find the food to be pretty pricey and I can’t say I’m ever excited to eat here. The healthy bowls are nice but pretty small for $15+ definitely not happy about the 10 chips that come with the meal. So few and they are not good. Not a big fan of the salsa either. Just my personal opinion, other may love it. What I do like is their food is not greasy. I have not tried their drinks but they do look really good.

Delicious! Ruby’s is a hidden gem with authentic cuisine, and options to accommodate everyone’s palate. The staff is always welcoming and super friendly. They bend over backwards to make you a happy customer from food substitutions to special requests. The entire family loves coming to Ruby’s. The kids menu is vast with perfect portion sizes. I also appreciate the vegetarian options – the veggie fajitas of sautéed peppers and onions have the perfect amount of char. The beverages – alcoholic and aguas frescas – have all been tasty, fresh, and mixed well. They also have unlimited chips and salsa that they don’t skimp on. I have nothing but positive things to say about Ruby’s and recommend it highly!! If you are reading this review, please give them a try.

Wow this place is expensive. Wow. It is sad to think that it is necessary. I unfortunately won’t come back, the mixed drinks are priced to high…I would think lower drink prices would drive customers in…the food was just OK, but it took forever to come out.

They delivered our food to the table, no silverware nor napkins. Had to ask the waiter three 3x’s, and I had to remind the waiter to refill our water glasses three 3times. The restaurant was not busy.

Went in hungry, left hungry! Thought I was going to enjoy lunch out and failed tremendously. To LONG of a wait other people were being taken of before me, I was forgotten and ignored. I paid for my beer and chips as no one would take my order, even when I asked for help, I was ignored.

I had an asade skirt steak that came out at least 5-10 minutes after the first meal and was dry, unseasoned and defnitely not worth anything close to the $20 price tag. I wanted to like this place but the high prices with sub-standard quality will be its ruin. I can cook much better Mexican food at home.
