We tried Ruchi’s prepared food in a birthday party. We liked the veg 65 biryani, as the masala was good and the rice were all seasoned. We ordered paneer 65 biryani, it was not that great because the fried paneer was placed on the top of the rice. I was expecting at least capsicum or onions with it. For the family pack only 2 Raita were given ( Edit : if u are not taking saalan you can ask for raita)and it was very sour.

This review is for our experience with Ruchi catering! We worked with Ruchi to cater for our Haldi/pre-wedding festivities. We are so impressed by the overall experience. It was very easy to connect with Mr. Ram to discuss menu, pricing etc. We were also able to go to Ruchi for a tasting, and tasted almost everything that would be on our menu. Ruchi worked with us to make adjustments to the spice level, to recommend adjustments to the menu accordingly. We also wanted to work with a catering company that could deliver and set up food to reduce stress on us on the day of the event. On the day of the event, Ruchi delivered the food on time, supplied chafing dishes and set up food to make the entire flow easier for us. Everyone LOVED the food!!! Our lunch menu was poori, chole, veg pulao, guthi vankaya, carrot halwa. We also had evening snacks delivered–aloo tikki, Hyderabadi samosas and cut Mirchi. For night time, we requested Ruchi to package dinner for the guests staying at the hotel. Once again, the food was packaged well and it was so easy for our guests to pick up the boxes for dinner. The food portions were perfectly estimated and our communication was super smooth through the entire process. Many of our guests told us that the guthi vankaya was amazing and was the best they ever tasted!!! We are so glad to have worked with Ruchi for our event and would highly recommend it to anyone!

I am extremely disappointed with the vegetable dum biryani and fried chicken biryani I ordered from this restaurant. During my first order of the vegetable dum biryani, I was shocked to find an alarmingly small amount of vegetables in the dish. It was as if I was eating plain rice with only a few token vegetables scattered throughout. This lack of vegetables was not what I expected, and it left me feeling unsatisfied and let down.

I’m always going to give honest reviews. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant is kind of gross! It needs to be bulldozed and rebuilt. Cleanliness is lacking. I was hesitant to even order food, because the kitchen looked absolutely awful! The server was VERY NICE!!!! I had the saag paneer. It was Ok. It was runny and watery. Taste was a tad below average. Portion was above average. Sadly I will not come here again.

Enough parking but no servers there; help yourself. I understand that nowadays it is hard to get and keep employees. Anyhow, I ordered chicken 65 Biryani, pepper chicken Garlic Naan. In Chicken 65, oil was overshadowing the taste of spices. Otherwise, food was okay. Recommended at least once..

After multiple recommendations we finally went and tried the veg 65 and paneer biryani. And I wouldn’t call it good, or bad, it was just edible food one can eat to satisfy hunger if there’s nothing else available late night. Definitely does not compare to other options available in the vicinity in Bellevue/Redmond. More vegetables will help. We also tried chicken biryani – it seemed reheated, chicken wasn’t good and it ended up in trash.

Ordered Paneer masala dosa, veg fried rice, veg noodles and cut mirchi. I ate these items in different locations but the taste of food in this location is not far below to avg taste. especially asked for spicy fried rice and noodles but it was very tasteless. Cut mirchi are like hard pieces. And Paneer masala dosa is not at all like paneer masala dosa (madipoina talimpu adi kuda heavy gaa vesaru) when I said about it they took the dosa back from my kid (he is trying to eat at least) and no further steps on it. Even they took back the rice and noodle for adding spicy but this time just spicy without salt! Not sure about other’s experiences but my family’s experience here is very bad. Never expected this kind of taste from a Telugu Restaurant.
