Every time I order from here, they offer a few small customizations, such as cheese toasted on the roll, that I take appreciate and feel sets them apart from other local sub places. The pizza is good too. Service is always friendly and the food is consistently good quality.

We ordered a pizza tonight, and didn’t notice that it wasn’t fully what we ordered until after we went home. No sooner did we get our pizza home did they call us and offer to deliver the correct pizza, however we were outside the standard delivery area. We were fine with what we ordered, but again they went above and beyond and sent us a gift card (without us asking for any sort of compensation). The customer service is top notch, as is all of the pizzas we have had!

Usually I love this place, but last Friday soured me. I had ordered 2 steak subs, I waited 40 minutes to go pick them up, and when I got there I had to wait 10 more minutes while they threw them together. While I waited I counted 6 worker bees, only 2 of which seemed to be actually working. There were plenty of employees, they just weren’t paying attention. Afterwards, I made it home with the subs and they were missing everything but the steak. My buddy and I gave up and ate as-was because it was 3pm (we ordered a late lunch).

Chicken wings overcooked. I haven’t been there in a while hoping it would get better but it wasn’t. Pizza usually burned on bottom and not cooked in middle. Will not go again
