Amazing food. Was told to try that pastrami and it would be worth it. Was amazing. Got my meal of beef brisket and could not have been happier with the flavor. The pasta salad even had broccoli, that was cut up so well, somehow tasting good. The flavors of everything were so good I hesitated to try it with the bbq sauce, and by it self ,had a little extra spice, but blended perfectly with the brisket seasoning. Look forward to going there to try everything on the menu. Highly recommend. The relaxed atmosphere made me want to come back for a beer. Keep up the Great work!

Loved it all! The vibes, the decor, the people, the food! Staff was so friendly and accommodating to my 2 toddlers. We especially appreciated the menu they had for 4 years old and younger. The servings were perfect for them and not much was left. Will be back!

Best bbq outside KC. Awe inspiring god class brisket and dry rubbed smoked ribs. Sublime sweet sauce. Manly portions. Prompt courteous service and nice selection of draft beers. Clean and somewhat Spartan interior. This is serious great bbq and worth finding in Valparaiso.

Krysta is a wonderful server/bartender/hostess. The food was as wonderful as her warm smile. I’m thoroughly impressed with the smoke profile and taste of all the food. It has been a while since I had BBQ and decided to visit a place I’ve seen and heard about a lot. To say the least I am not at all disappointed. The quality of the meat is exceptional and perfectly smoked and seasoned. It was beyond expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. The menu is filled with a lot of great BBQ options. Will definitely be back for a second visit!
