The food here was good. Service was not good and witnessed staff talking down to customers because the flow and method of ordering was not known. To which I can say there are no clear signs outlining this process. Having gone here a number of times in the past, the atmosphere has changed into a self service buffet and you take your own dishes to the trash. A bit unnecessary when there are a number of staff standing around.

Jalapeno sausage is very tasty with the right amount of heat. Juicy flavorful brisket. Pulled pork was very good. The house BBQ sauce is outstanding. We added some to the house beans and definitely raised those a couple notches.

2nd visit, the BBQ is delicious ordered the baby back ribs and brisket smoked to perfection, enjoyed the sides potato salad and cold slaw. Also ordered the Peach cobbler and enjoyed as it’s not overly sweet. You can dine in or out doors, the staff was helpful, professional and friendly.

The server was very unpleasant as if we were wrong to want to be customers. She basically slapped our food onto tissue paper and passed it to us. Everything was ala carte. My pork sandwich had a large bone of some sort in it.

Sorry Rudy’s, but was really disappointed in my visit. Good was average at best, must have been really an of night. For someone that likes BBQ as much as I do, I left thinking my meal was disappointing. Service was average also.

I stopped going for a while for two reasons; brisket was dry and a very strong smoke odor and flavor, also not enough meat in our sandwiches but I just went back two days ago to give it a second try and we noticed a huge improvement, brisket was tender, juicy and none of that smoky flavor at all. Very pleased and looking forward to go back soon. Their Portions improved to a fair price.
