We had Ruggiero’s do on-site catering for a party and we cannot say enough good things about both the staff and the food. Before the event, John was very responsive and answered any questions, and he helped coordinate with E1 Entertainment for the tent, tables, chairs, etc that we needed. He offered some excellent additions to the menu. The day of our party, that staff went above and beyond, including jumping in to help us put out some of the last minute things we needed. They made sure my husband and I got food AND actually ate it. The food phenomenal and everyone kept asking where we got it from and complimenting the staff and the food. If we ever host a big event again, we are absolutely ordering again! Thank you so much for helping make our party even better!

We’ve been going to the Glenville store for years now. This is simply our standard for Italian food. Pretty much a take-out only place (there are a few booths). The food is worth the trip – period. Not the cheapest place around, but not exorbitant either and well worth the money.

Just started to get food at ruggerio’s always saw it never tried it. Haven’t tried your pizza yet, I’m a thicker pizza crust person but I have had they’re lasagna dinner not too bad wish you could get more salad with the dinner Italian bread with great. Sauce was great rich flavor and ricotta mixture is great. fair price for the size of the chunk of lasagna you get. Their subs are well-made great bread decent amount of meet. I will be going back. Man has this place gone downhill, went in today to order lunch with a coworker and they had barely any slices available and the 2 cheese slices that were left looked old and dried up. When I asked the guy (older man with grey hair) behind the counter if they had more slices coming out he said yeah but that he “didn’t know what kinds” with an attitude, so we left. Not gonna spend our money in a place that gives you an attitude when asking about freakin pizza toppings. Customer service here is terrible and needs serious work. Spend your money in a place that appreciates it customers.
