Reservation is highly recommended as this restaurant due to its good reputation could get packed. I am so happy that I chose to dine in here. The service was great, and the food was phenomenal. We had a delicious vegetarian noodle dish called Yakisoba – Tofu (Can’t find it on the online menu) followed by the Maki – Kitsune. Just a couple of friendly comments for the restaurant management is to perhaps redesign the sitting arrangement if the capacity is allowed for more people to dine in and more assistance for the staff that are multitasking.

Ok so this was actually one of the best ramen bowls I’ve ever had. Fantastic broth. Not too salty. The spring rolls were also great and everything else was super solid. They have a large space so a good place for larger groups. It’s kind of tucked away, but it’s right off Main St.

Great food, friendly staff, and very clean restaurant! We shared an early dinner and got a few cold plates and the small sashimi to share. The food was fresh and the portions were perfectly sized. The only thing that could have been a little better was there wasn’t any tofu in the miso soup, so that was slightly disappointing, but everything else was perfect.

Had a group of four. The restaurant was not busy at all there were 4 other people in the restaurant. Finally ordered drinks after 10 minutes. Ordered food 15 minutes later. All the food came out except for one persons food. We politely waited for about ten minutes then asked about the missing food. “We make things one at a time here” is the response we got. 15 minutes later after we had all eaten (except for the one who didn’t get the food at all) we asked for the ticket and for that order to be removed. Turns out she didn’t even write our order down and forgot to order one persons food after us asking repeatedly for it. “Oops that’s on me” is what we got. It’s not the end of the world but it was extremely inconvenient since we then had to go elsewhere for one person to eat during the dinner rush.

Wonderful experience!!! waitress was very nice. The tonkatsu ramen was the best ive ever had! We ordered sushi which had raw fish on accident. And my wife is pregnant. They kindly offered us another role. Which contained no raw fish out of generosity!!!

The waitress/hostess seemed to be new and confused our order a bit, but they were friendly enough to rush out our food after the mixup. The sushi rolls were tasty and our daughter liked the calamari salad.

Ruidoso Sushi has the best vegan food in town, made by a true culinary artist. They have a whole vegan menu! We loved the orange tofu, kitsune roll, fried tofu roll, pumpkin ramen bowl and of course miso soup!! It was a fantastic dinner and we will definitely be back.
