This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. If there was an award for worst customer service, this location would win. I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I’ve given this location a chance time and time again given their close proximity to my house. Every time I come to get food, I swear it gets worse. The buns on my quarter pounder were hard, the fries are always cold, the workers are always yelling loudly at each other and not paying attention to the customers. I sat in the second drive through one for 15 minutes along with several other vehicles, before someone came over the intercom and said the second lane was closed. We pulled up to the window, told the lady at the cash register and she didn’t know who told us that, the second lane was definitely open.

This has to be one of the worst managed fast food places in St Louis. In general it seems that they are doing you a favor when they acknowledge your existence and actually come to the register to take your order. From what I have seen they are more interested in chatting with each other and checking their phones than doing their job. Today was no exception. I do not recommend this location whatsoever.

I was served old french fries. My order was two large fries. I shudder at the idea of how terrible things could’ve been had I ordered more items. Here’s an idea, make a system so simple a child could perform its actions proficiently. Oh wait, you already have that system and it still doesn’t help. haha!

Went to this McDonald and got threaten by the store Manger Christie bc she rang me up for bacon that I didn’t ask for. She was really upset as if she didn’t do her job correctly. The food was not fresh and this was the worst experience that could have turn left. I called the store manager Chris and he was nonchalant so I will be taking this further.

St. John location no one answered the outer drive through speaker. Sat there for 20 minutes. Finally went directly to window. The person at the window had no mask on, no gloves, said no one had the headset on for the other window, had a very poor attitude towards customers . The person handing out the food and other employees had no masks or gloves. How many people are being exposed to the virus by these employees?

Nasty food never get the order right horrible service And McDonald’s should be ashamed to keep supporting them to provide such horrible service. You pay for education but yet have so many uneducated people I ordered with the app and was charged at store and in app then was lied too saying my card was declined. I am extremely upset then they say sorry come back who the hell has time for that .

Every single one of their stores I have been to just gets worse and worse the service is terrible and the orders are always messed up. The employees show no concern at all and the wait times are the longest I’ve ever experienced. Anymore if I walk into a McDonald’s and see Banducci Enterprises on the door I turn around and walk away.

I waited for almost forty minutes for hot chocolate and only to be told after waiting so long the machine was not working. Refund, please! So done with their locations.
