First time here and the experience wasn’t so good . First the Sandwich wasn’t even hot enough to melt the cheese. 2nd I tried the lactose free root beer milk shake which was horrible ( it tasted funny/ old) when I ask to switch it out for a new one .One employee even said (“ha you got the root beer “) which to me means you knew it was nasty . But rather than exchange it for another one they wanted me to BUY another . But on the plus side fries where AWESOME !!

As a lover of all forms of chicken, especially chicken tenders, had to come give this place a try. I like the different options that they offer including chicken sandwiches, grilled chicken, chicken tenders, chicken bites, and even salads. A couple different sauce options as well.

I waited too long to go to this place! After living on the East Coast and having Nashville style chicken in the mountains of NC and TN, I have been hankering for some Nashville hot chicken. Rule the Roost definitely filled the bill! Professional service and great food. The fully loaded fries extra hot were amazing! The Nashville sandwich was just as phenomenal. My wife and I are looking forward to our next visit already!

The food here was great. They do offer a military discount which as you may know if you follow my posts is a huge plus for me and I usually frequent any establishment that offers military discount. I got the Nashville flavor. It was just the right amount of heat. I love that they have IBC root beer. The chocolate chip cookies were awesome and LOVE the waffle fries. I mean come on who doesn’t love waffle fries they are the best. Thanks #ruletheroost. I’ll be back

The food was not good. It was also extremely hot in there & the staff didn’t seem to care when I asked if the a/c was on. My husband advised them of not liking the food & the manager & workers (who all looked like teenagers) just looked at him & manager said “ok” when he told them he wouldn’t be going back. I do not recommend this place. The inside is nice, but it was so hot in there that we could have sat outside in the heat because it felt like it was the same temperature inside as it was outside. There was not one concern from the staff at all.

Overall it was ok, nothing too special really. I got the #6 which was good, the Nashville Hot really wasn’t hot at all. My wife got the #5 which was pretty plain in terms of flavor. Fries were good. Service was pretty slow for what I’d consider more of a fast food place.
