First time and it won’t be the last, so happy my wife and I try this restaurant. It took us back when we visited Florence. Everything we order was prepared and seasoned perfectly. I order my drink name after my daughter and me and they made it to perfection, I call it the Arabella Sprits: Aperol, Prosecco, Limoncillo and Tequila with a slice of Orange. Try it you’ll love it.. The service was top notch and love that the chef walk around the restaurant talking to us. Can’t wait to go back and try other dishes.

Was surprised upon our arrival inside the restaurant as they had us follow them outside up a paved road to a rooftop restaurant. It was a unique experience with somewhat nice views of the ocean. I will say that the service was spectacular from an authentic Italian server, possibly Sicilian. Wine suggestion was magnificent but my expectations were high after he was raving on and on about the dishes being the best there is in town. They weren’t bad but definitely not something to write home about. I still tipped him very well due to his enthusiasm and positive attitude.

We went there for valentines and it was lovely. They have a nice patio with a peaceful view of ocean sunset! For sure you can find other restaurants with better view but everything here was good. The waiter was so friendly and helpful. Good red wines. And good foods. We ordered fettuccine with shrimp and chicken.

We were at Laguna Beach and decided to try this restaurant. We haven’t made a reservation because we like going with the flow. We are not good at planning ahead. We stopped at the door waiting for someone to ask “table for two?”, as usual on any restaurant that we go. But no one came at first. The barista asked from distance if we needed help. What? Wasn’t that obvious? I said “table for 2” and he signaled to the server to talk to us. She came and asked the same question “can I help you?”. I said again “table for 2”. There were plenty of tables available, but with a disgust face she said that she could place us on one of the tables outdoors, but we would need to be gone in one hour. I know we would be ready in one hour, but I refused. It was clear that we were not welcomed there. Maybe it was the weird way my husband dresses or because he is indigenous. Or maybe the way that I dress “that doesn’t look like I have money. I don’t know. It was just really unpleasant the way we were treated

The Oceanview outdoor dining experience was so fun at this restaurant. My client chose to come here to celebrate The purchase of his new home. He has been friends with the owner for 30 years he says. I had delicious homemade ravioli from them. So rich and creamy! The bread with oil and balsamic was wonderful as well.

We had called several times and each time were told we would get outside seating. We get there and the hostess in a pink dress tells us we can’t sit outside and to “take it or leave it”. We say we made reservations for outside and just called. She said that doesn’t matter and to either sit inside or leave. Out of principal we left and most likely will never come back. If they didn’t have outdoor seating they should’ve told us when we called the third time, 10 minutes before arriving.

This restaurant has changed. It was so good and tonight was by far the worst restaurant experience we have probably ever had. It was so loud we had to shout to talk nobody asked the table that was incredibly loud to be quiet. The people next just left at the same time you did for the same reason bad service and bad atmosphere, and our food was horrible. Wish it would not have changed ownership. We never got water, bread I could keep going.
