My wife and kids stopped by the drive through tonight and they messed up the order for kids meals. Had to do refunding and re put the order in. The bank flagged the card with fraud because of the refund and purchase. They ended up refunding the original order and obviously had to wait for the 2 kids meals to get prepared. Both of my kids buns were hard as a rock. Not sure if the kids or people working there tonight think it’s a game to mess with people’s food especially kids but that is not an experience I’d expect from the Runza chain. You can tell between fresh bread and solid bread that’s been left out when making there cheese burger. Never will be at this location again. Again don’t mess with peoples food especially a kids meal.

Was 5pm Saturday. Diningroom empty and no one in drive thru.I ordered a chicken nugget kids meal for my grandson and mushroom swiss burger for myself. It took over 20 minutes to get food. Chicken nuggets were hard a rocks, no flavor in burger. Really dissapointed

Just went here for lunch at this location for the first time since they opened recently at a little before 1 pm. I don’t go to Runza much. But it’s a nice treat once in a blue moon. The food was excellent! However the worker (Cris) at the drive thru window needs to get a personality! She didn’t even bother to say hi even when I greeted her. She just gave me the total. I even asked her how her day was going. Totally blew me off! She gave me my food. No thanks for coming. Not a word! An “FU” would have been better than being ignored! If you’re going to have help there like that we won’t be back again! And we only live a couple of blocks away from there.

as this was a new location, i had high hopes. staff is nice but since opening the ac is not working. currently the dining room is closed. was told techs would be out weeks ago and nothing has been fixed. also my kids meal had onion rings instead of fries, as i ordered.

This new Runza is really good. The food that is coming out of there is very well made. They are very busy around noon and 5pm, so get there early or when you have time to wait. Hopefully the consistency of the food keeps up over time.
