Asked for Lemonade w/o Ice,drink tasted like soapy dish water. Requested BBQ sauce,received No condiments. Can not recommend any other menu items, need to expedite drive-thru & counter orders much,much better. Will not be returning, very disappointed.

Of all the Runzas we’ve been to, and we’ve been all over the state eating at Runza, this store has the worst attitudes, dirtiest tables & bathrooms, and no pride in building salads or food items. My observation is that this type of behavior starts at the top & flows down… won’t be back at Gretna’s Runza. Every other store is much better, folks.

Went through the drive-through, and when I got to the window, the blonde girl that was there was very rude and condescending at first and then she said have a good night with a weird voice and a horrible attitude. Normally I don’t post things like this, but I really don’t like kids who think it’s ok to be rude and disrespectful

These French fries were perfectly crispy and potato-y at the same time. It really complemented the sweetness of the ice cream sandwich (not pictured). It was busy when I pulled into the drive thru, but they were surprisingly fast!

This location is always busy, and I get how rushes can cause stress (I work retail), however waiting over 10 minutes for my food is kind of pathetic especially when it is because they misplace my food. They never yelled out my number and set my (and others) food in the online ordering area. It got to the point where the kitchen had to take charge of the cashiers and tell them to go ask people what their orders were so that they could find them. Kitchen did great cashiers did terrible.
