Visiting from Kansas City. I really enjoyed this fresh hot food. The dough is delicious! We went on a Friday evening it was not busy and easy on the pockets! Great prices. Staff is young but had amazing service along with the food quantity. I wish we had a Runza where I live.

Omgn…so disappointed. I haven’t had runza since I was a kid on summer break. Have been waiting to try it for weeks. A co worker of mine told me about the new fish sandwich decided I would try that first before a runza. It was over cooked almost had a burnt taste, dry the fish had one squirt of sauce, it didn’t look anything like the advertisement. Wish I would’ve spent my $6 at Popeyes on their fish sandwich.

Went through the drove thru during lunch. The lady didn’t understand that we only wanted a chicken wrap meal and an extra wrap. The drink had ice t0o the top of the cup. Which if I had gotten tea I would understand but it was a sobe life water. The chicken in the wraps tasted old and were dry and dark. The frings were overly salted. The onion rings were burnt and we could not eat them nor the frys due the salt. The wraps were just thrown together. Never going to this location again. Sucks because I heard this is a corporate location now. Suggestion, if you’re going to use a chicken warmer for chicken strips, make sure your employees are following the timer rules. Don’t serve food you wouldn’t eat yourself.

The onion rings were on the undercooked side today. Runza was good. They seemed short staffed at lunchtime. If had been really busy they would have been in trouble. The cashier did a nice job, but she had too many tasks to juggle. I felt bad for her.

Update the guy at the register won my heart and made up for it. It made me give another star just on my experience with him.

Went in at 6:20 ordered and waited for our food to come out and when it did at 6:45 the fries was cold and my husband burger was missing the bacon. At 6:55 when my husband still had no burger and the rest of our order now just sitting getting cold we asked for a refund. Where was management? None of the workers looked to be over 17. We wasn’t the only ones that asked for a refund either

I hadn’t been to Runza in a couple of years and decided to swing by the one on 72nd, even having to double back to get there. I went through the drive-thru and gave and received my order. When I arrived home, less than 10 minutes later, the sprite was nothing more than carbonated water, and the burgers and fries were grossly over salted. Never again. I’m done paying $10+ for a dollars worth of food. I really used to enjoy Runza.
